You will benefit from a space of 3000 m² furnished with oaks and chestnut trees, and enjoy the pleasures of sunny bathing, in a pool entirely at your disposal. The house of 110 m² offers two levels of resort with a large terrace of 50 m² sheltered by a blind, to protect you from the sun's fiery rays. The first level of 55 m² includes a kitchen open to a living-dining room overlooking the terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a stone barbecue. The 2nd level of 55 m² is composed of a bedroom (2 persons), a bedroom (2 + 1 persons) a large sitting area or reading area, a bathroom with shower and toilet. an independent toilet. You will have many facilities: Microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, raclette, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, a TV at each floor with DVD player.
