The beds were nasty the fridge had mold inside it and the restroom had no towels they gave towels to dry you off that were so old and trashy it was just a nasty place the covers were disgusting and very out dated!!!

The tv was not clean, shower head full of calcium build up, bathtub drain clogged, outdated door lock system and rude staff.

Cleanliness in the room was poor. There's a ring in the toilet. I could not bring myself to use the shower. The fixtures are corroded. You could see soap splash marks in the tub. The bathroom tile was dirty. There was very little water coming from the sink faucet.You could see the mattress as the bottom sheet didn't come to the top of the mattress. The two chairs were unsafe to use. (They were replaced upon request.) The top dresser drawer wouldn't stay shut. No nose tissue, or coffee pot. Tissues were no longer being supplied. Hallway smelled of disinfectant. Outside carpeting not swept. Staff was accommodating. No breakfast amenities. Old noisy air conditioner. Room carpeting appeared new. The toilet is not eco friendly. Uses a lot of water upon flushing.

Dear Guest, I would like to thank you for taking the time to post your review.Your reservation was for September 3, since you did not show up it being prepaid through Expedia was charged as a No-Show. Probably that is reason for your low score.
The place almost looked abandon there were weeds everywhere the outside was not matained at all when intering our room the tub had dirt rings around the inside .you had to flush the toilet three times to empty it completely the fridge was stained yellow on the inside from being so old and rust could not find any thermostat to control the temp in the room opened our window and it looked like a dump in the back yard of it no signs for directions no vending or ice machines mold in the bathroom also

Our room is disgusting- for $167 a night this is ridiculous. So dirty,asked them to clean it while we are gone at my sons baseball game instead of switching rooms bc we did not have time.
We expected at least clean.

It was 103 degrees and they did not have anything turned on in the room. It was so hot we could not stay in the room we had to turn the air on and leave for a few hours so it was tolerable. Fridge was not plugged in so we could not put our leftover food in the fridge till it cooled. Water in the toilet was not running either my husband had to get it to work. I think k they were trying to save money. I will never stay there again

We were only there for one night. And that night we get a call to our room from the front desk. Telling us to keep the noise down that people are complaining about how noisy we are. First of all we were all ready in bed trung to go to sleep for the day, in bed but we had a hard time sleeping because all the noise was coming from the heater to the room. Is was so loud it sounded like a Mac Truck engine was running in our room. We told the desk that the just said, “well, we are getting complaints about you so keep it down.” We then just turned off the heater. And no more noise. I just felt they should have came to the room to check things out or something like that but they didn’t seem to care. I don’t think they handled the situation well at all. Won’t be staying there again not very hospitable.

The gal working the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was average with some noticeable dust on the entertainment center and what appeared to be mold near the shower. Otherwise it was clean and the beds were comfortable enough.

Due to unexpected road closure, spent a night to this hotel. Overall is ok, nothing special, but the price seem high and would expect the room to be more clean. Hair in the bathtub, mosquito and fries in the room, stains in the refrige, and night stand can't close. Hot shower, cable TV. Easy check in and check out. Close to highway.

The walking up to use the restroom and stepping on small Beatles was a shock, and when we brought it up to the staff she just said it was because of the latest rains. But you think they would at least warn you that it would happen. The doors had 1/2" to 3/4" gap under it so there was plenty of room for them to move in and out.

I didn't like the fact there were no smoking rooms. Price was more than what the room was worth. Not very handicap accessible especially if you have a room on the 2nd floor.

As a courtesy to most guest we do not allow smoking in the rooms , but we do have a downstairs designated area for smoking . We hope we have answered your concerns and we will see you again.
Man in office was friendly, but the rooms are so old. They haven't even tried to update. The paintings on the wall, no usb ports, or even available outlets to plug in our phones. The window ac unit was loud, and not even on in the room when we got there. We walked into a sauna upon arrival. Definitely not worth $160 for the night.
