This home features 2 master bedrooms and 2 secondary bedrooms which comfortably sleep 11 guests and boasts three levels of waterfront decks overlooking the canal and the magnificent Lake King with views across the mountains and beyond. The private jetty provides direct access to the Gippsland Lakes, 90-mile beach, and rivers and estuaries of the Gippsland Lakes system for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Enjoy fireside dining whilst overlooking the Swans in the canals and Lake King beyond. This property is child safe and family-friendly, with a secure entertaining deck with a lockable child gate extending out from the large living room. For peace of mind, all balconies are secured by lockable sliding doors. Whether a boating break, family holiday, or romantic getaway this property is certain to exceed your expectations.

It’s was ok.. parts were dirty bins were not empty
Just going back to the bins in the toilets and bathrooms hadn’t been emptied and the outdoor bins were full liked they hadn’t been put out .. kitchen was sticky

Great place for a large grouo
We were 10 people gathering for a family birthday, and the property was great. The only downside is that there are stairs to both the living and sleeping areas and we had quite a few elderly people, but if everyone is pretty fit it’s a great spot. The staff accommodated a any additional requests and the complimentary bread and jam was a lovely surprise.
