Located on the east side of the canal, the beach is a short block away. Amenities include a floating dock on the tidal canal, spacious yard, and furnished front porch and back deck. The main floor has a central kitchen located between two living areas, each with a ceiling fan and TV. Five bedrooms and three full baths are also on the main floor. One bedroom with a half bath is on the ground floor with exterior access only; however, the outdoor stairwell to the main floor is conveniently under cover. Also on ground level is an outdoor walk-in shower room with hot and cold, laundry room with front-loading washer/dryer, covered parking, and wrap-around lawn.
