It was 104 degrees outside and the lobby didn’t even have an A/C on. The rooms smell like weed. The door lock was broken. The bedspread had cigarette burns on it. It took until 9pm to get the room cooled off. What a joke. They should have paid me 80 bucks to stay here.

We got there at about 8pm on a record heat day after driving all day. We walked into the room and it was at least 100°. We turned on the a/c full blast and it took until almost 3am to be cool enough to attempt to get any sleep. Since i had a non refundable reservation, they could have been considerate enough to turn on the a/c prior to our arrival since it was paid anyway. I'll never stay at this location or any of their locations again. Shower sucked and bathroom was sticky.

Poor customer service
Front entrance wasn’t marked. In fact I couldn’t find the front door. When I did, I was unable to access the main lobby, the door was locked and it was 4pm. A man appeared behind a plexiglass partition. He didn’t greet me and was expressionless. The area I was standing in was an enclosed very small area with no ventilation and the temperature outside was 100 degrees. He checked me in and pointed towards my room. Never once did he say thank you or explain anything about the layout of the motel. I asked why I couldn’t access the lobby and did he realize how hot it was where I had to check in?? He said it was due to Covid and I was to leave my keys in the room when I checked out.

We asked for NO exterior doors in our hotel to the booking agent, she assured us several times over the phone that there wouldn't be an exterior door and there was 2 exterior doors to our room😡

customer service was dreadful
The guy at the desk doing the check-in couldn't be bothered to get off of his personal phone call to help. He asked questions that didn't pertain to my trip, and when I got to the room, the front door was locked, but the door to the courtyard was not. I stayed up the whole night s that my daughter could sleep; because the door to the courtyard had a faulty lock. The air conditioner made a loud ridiculous noise!

Very high price for very basic room
We got to the hotel after 11. Had to do business through a window and it took a good 15-20 mins to get the paperwork done. The rooms were fairly clean. Glad to see tile floor instead of carpet. I feel it is very much overpriced. I do believe this hotel caters more to traveling workers as it is very basic and the vehicles in the parking area were all business trucks. 80.00 for a very basic room and no breakfast other than 2 kinds of cereal is pretty high. If I travel this way again and just need a place to sleep for 5 hours I would probably stay at the 39.99 hotel across the street and have the same type of accommodations.

Clean rooms, good staff
The manager was great. Good tips on bookings. Very nice. Room was comfortable, clean, no carpet which I like, minimal pet deposit, allowed me to park my bobtail truck close to my room. Very good experience. Will definitely stay there again.

Good for one night stay
The front desk did not notify that the room had two doors, a front and back door, which was a little unsettling for a little bit. The room is in good shape for the age of the location. Not bad for a one night stay.

Initial "curb appeal" was pretty low. The lobby was missing baseboard and had the appearance of being kept up by that guy that thinks he can be handy, but in reality, he can't. I arrived very late at night and I was restricted to a small entryway to the lobby and conducted the check-in via a windowed pass-through, much like you'd see at a movie theater. I was never offered any WiFi information or anything else for that matter. Just the key and cursory directions to the room. The room I got was reasonably clean, but when I turned down the bed to go to sleep, I could see the stains on the mattress through the sheets as there was no mattress pad, just a bottom sheet. I ended up tossing the bedspread on the chair in the room and sleeping in my clothes on top of the covers. Definitely not worth the $75 for the night.

A return trip and second stay at this hotel....again it was a clean comfortable room with all amenities as described. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful and greeted me as an old friend, remembering me from the first visit. if back in the area, I will stay there again...close Interstate access and many restaurants nearby...

Overnight for along drive...front desk clerk very friendly and helpful..check in quick and accurate....room was clean and all ammenities as described....many stores, eateries close by and easy Interstae access...will probably stay on my way back...would recommend

Definitely not as advertised or expected
(I would have given 1/2 a star if possible!) I have never paid as much for a room that had so many problems! The booking website showed a continental breakfast with all rooms (although it was not mentioned in the "amenities" section, it was shown on every type of room listed as well as on the confirmation). There was only coffee, supposedly due to remodeling of the lobby although there was no remodeling in progress that could be seen! From the conversation with the desk clerk, this had been true for some time yet the reservation had been made only about 3 days prior to the stay. Security was greatly lacking as the room had 2 doors and a possible 6 locks but only 1 key was given for one lock on the door handle of one door. No keys fit the other 3 key locks and the chains were broken off of the 2 chain locks. The room appeared to have fresh sheets but nothing else had been cleaned. The trash was overflowing from the last occupant and there were no towels in the room - we had to go to the front desk to get clean ones. The reason we didn't go somewhere else was because I was too tired after a very long day to drive further and not much else was around (one hotel nearby was already booked). When I told the desk person of all the issues, their response was they would have to check with housekeeping and the owners.
