"What a fabulous place and just a couple of miles out of Windermere. The Inn has a great atmosphere and the speciality ales are just what you need after along day of hiking. The rooms are great, superclean and very comfortable. To top it all, the cooked breakfasts in the morning were both hearty and delicious. Thr staff were also super helpful too. This was the first time we have stayed here but will definitely come again. Would highly recommend, especially perfect for dog owners. "

"Amazing views. Had to pay extra for the Spa including use of the pool which was a bit of a shame. Service was great and staff were friendly. Shower gel provided was tiny for a couple two days, so had to go buy some. Could have done with some slippers or flip flops to wear to the spa.
