Very noisy hotel! Presumably the noisiest of all in the area for this money. Extremely noisy! If extreme noise is normal for you from 21:00 to 2 a.m. and you fall asleep in the morning, then the hotel is probably normal, but it did not suit me at all at the specified time, two people will have difficulty understanding each other in the room, the TV will not be heard either, you will not be able to concentrate on work either. Therefore, 5 hours from your stay here can be crossed out! I will advise the owner of the hotel to spend a couple of nights at the specified time in the noisiest rooms of the hotel when he wants to sleep. Maybe after that he will stop settling guests there... Expedia also can’t help me with it!

i am happy to stay for last few days very clean hotel .i recommended .to stay in this hotel for value the only down site is break fast . there is restaurant under the hotel you have to go down to the restaurant .they should be ready to serve costumer for breakfast from 8am to 10:30am by 10 am they worker just start coming to restaurant. you have to wait 30 minute for one caffe or tea and another 20 minute for very simple sunny side egg. they have no idea how to make eggs, reason i go there because by mistake got my hotel encloud break fast i pay for two people no refund so no choice for me. .absolutely they are un professional cooking don't know how to serve costumer .i pay 300 bath every day for breakfast. you have much more option out site then in that restaurant. Very poor break fast .i am disappointed.

I have a bad knee so needed a lift But the was 12 steps to get to reception and another 7 steps to get to lift Then another 7 steps to get to floor level for the room Air conditioning wasn’t any good at all Bed was nice 👍

Bad service and poor customer relations
Reception was rude to us when we arrived and demanded to pay 1000baht upright upon checking in. I told that I have to change money and I will be back after leaving bags in the room, but reception insisted to go down and change money or key will not be given. I have already paid my booking through expedia and I dont know why he has to be rude like that. Room was not properly cleaned, tables were sticky. Not enough sound proof as i can hear the sounds loud from the outside. Will definitelt not stay in this hotel again.

Some positives but too many negatives.
Arrived at 220 pm for check in. reception desk had no idea I booked. had to wait 30 minutes for a room to be ready. what really bothered me, was not even a "sorry for the delay sir". and this communication was not a result of an English deficit. Very bad customer service! internet connection was complete garbage. could not even get a stable connection in room due to the location of router in hallway. maid service was also under average. The positives are location and a remodeld room and bathroom. but WAY TOO MANY NEGATIVES. I stayed at 3 other hotels in thailand and this one was the worst.

Excellent location, great food, near & clean rooms... helpful staff... 7 eleven is just next door... pattaya night market & mall is even at 5 mins walk... walking street is 5 mins walk... just 200 meters from the Beach...would me my all time favourite place from now onwards... thanks expedia for having such a great hotel...

Value for money... close to all the attractions
Stayed in Punyapha place with my friend & my stay was excellent... hotel is just 200 meters from the the beach.. walking is even at a walkable distance from the hotel.. hotel has a fabulous restaurant serve Indian, Thai, European food... rooms are well maintained with all the amenities u need... location again I would is so happening that u would again & again would love to come back in this hotel stay...thanks Punyapha place team to make my stay lovely...

Close to beach and in the middle of pattaya.
All Indian Restaurants are very near, one is downstairs the hotel. No swimming pool, may be you can feel disturbed by the high sound of the music coming from the very next street till 3 am but in this price this is the best option .

Great value and location
We originally booked the hotel for 2 nights. The location was great for us. Markets, shopping, bars and nightlife was very accessible. As far as budget hotels go, this hotel was so good that we stayed a total of 6 nights.

Amazing hotel right in the middle of the city.
Overall it's an awesome experience to stay at Punyapha Place hotel. Location is awesome, Indian food is amazing. You don't feel like staying outside your home. Thanks to complete staff including owner of the hotel Mr. Manish. Will definitely recommend to all.

My stay at Punyapha was excellent... Staff gave me warm welcome at the time of check-in... Rooms are very neat & clean, have all the amenities - mini bar, locker & bathroom amenities.. Hotel has in house restaurant by the name of Rasoi which serve delicious food Indian, European & Thai... Location is marvellous as it's just a walking distance from the beach, night market & the central festival mall... Walking is merely 5 minutes drive from hotel... All together my experience staying in Punyapha place is excellent & would choose it again on my next trip to Pattaya... Thanks once again to the Team of hotel for making my stay like a home... Highly recommended hotel...

Its was memorabel trip which was only possible due to stay in this hotel...and plus point is a indian food avaible in resturant down the hotel building was really good, market, beach, bars, clubs, massage all available in within 5-10min walks..and a very good staff..better than 5* hotels :-)

Hotel is lovely and modern. Air conditioning was great and the room was comfortable. In a good spot for bars and restaurants so no need for taxis. Only downside is the wifi is awful!

No complaints whatsoever about hotel but as it is adjacent to Soi 7 the music is loud enough to make the balcony door vibrate. Not an issue if you go to sleep at am. ;)

The place is clean and very convenient , for shopping and eating. Central festival mall is just abt 5 minutes walk away. The only negative aspect is that staff are not very friendly and hardly see them smiling at all.

アクセス便利、値段の割に良いホテルです
場所がメインのセカンドロード沿いでどこに行くにも便利です。ホテルはこじんまりした小さい部屋ですがある程度揃ってます、ドライヤーはありません。シャワーの水圧は弱いです。バルコニー付きがおススメです。受付のおばちゃんがチャーミングで楽しい雰囲気でした。
