From check-in to check-out a totally positive experience - I am back in Pattaya in April with my wife and will happily use again. Turned up an hour and a half before official check-in time of 2pm hoping to leave luggage safely and was welcomed to my room which happened to be ready. A short walk from the 10 baht songthaew routes so all key areas as far as Jomtien Beach readily and cheaply accessible.

It’s in the middle of the of entertainment The room under previous management was serviced by 1 pm under new owners did not get service by 4-5 pm ( rm 207 )

Decent Budget Hotel
I could not help but notice the front desk staff, at various times of the day and night, could NOT bring themselves to look up from their You Tube videos on the desk computer when I needed assistance. Poor customer service.... Also, on room cleanliness - I could not give more than 2 stars as there was a dead mouse on the top shelf in my closet. I could feel the mattress springs through the padding as well - not good. The dinning room is apparently shared by two (2) other hotels, all owned by the same group, and is a couple of doors down. The breakfast was average, with the exception of the egg and pancake man. He is a master at his job, and if it weren't for him, I probably would have eaten breakfast somewhere else. I did not realize this hotel did not have a pool until I had already booked an internet special and therefore could not cancel my reservation. When I asked if I could use the pool at the other hotel which is sharing the same facilities as my hotel, I was told I would have to pay extra - something like $7USD each day - not worth it.

Nice hotel, located in the middle of the side street. Restaurants and Landry very close and a family mart with an ATM steps away. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms cleaned daily, atong ac and a quite room. I stayed on the 5th floor. Balcony if you need to smoke or drink coffee in the fresh air. Only one elevator but had no issue as it with wait time. The lobby is open and no air conditioning but did not really need that. 2 free bottled waters and 2 coffee packs a day. Coffee pot in the room. Large bed but the mattress was stiffer than I am used to. Minutes walk to second rd and a few more to beach rd. Minutes walk in the other direction to lk metro and third rd. Either way you walk past all the massage shops that are open 24 hours and are always offering the extra service. Breakfast at the sister hotel honey inn only 50 meters away. Breakfast buffet was ok with fresh eggs prepared to order. Only had it 4 out of the 13 days. Access to the swimming pool at 247 another sister hotel, but I did not have a chance to check the pool. Good hotel for guys, not family's. Hotel is guest friendly and safe.

Great location
A very convenient spot, close to everything, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Rooms at the back of hotel best, hardly any noise for a good night's sleep. Will definitely book next time.

Check-in/ Check-out process was pretty painless. bed was comfortable (even though I had to check out before I could actually sleep in it, but I got a nice nap in). Shower area looked a little dirty, but otherwise was a nice sized hotel room. not much of a view from the balcony and not many English channels or English subtitles. It's been a while since I went to a hotel that required the use of an actual key, which was pretty neat.

Not. A Bad Hotel clean, great staff, convent location on Soi Honey to Baht Bus. Beach road 6 min walk. Perfect for the budget traveler looking for comfort and convent location.

Great price for the location.
great price for the location. walking distance to beach. room was decent size compared to American Hampton Inn and/or holiday Inn. no bathtub. Even non-smoking room, able to smoke at balcony with chairs and mini table. Only thing concern me was that I found out that this street is for happy ending massage parlors. Not ideal for kids or wife and GF. Unless that is your thing.

A great place to stay in the middle of town.
I love the location because it's in the middle of Pattaya, so it's close to everything. The shower was great (western style plumbing for hot water): it was large, and the hot water was actually hot! The room was a good size, quiet and clean, and the hotel is guest friendly.

The Hotel is very nice for the price. The staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is in the centre of the party town of Pattaya, every thing is just out side your door or a short taxi ride. Breakfast is down the road at the ground level of one of the companies other hotels and very good. Only down side no pool but the beach and pools are really a 5 minute walk away. Would I recommend to a friend differently yes.

Hey, I was happy to be in this central location where most every thing was in walking distance. The beach, food, shopping malls and laundry service. This hotel has great staff and cleaning lady for my room was great. They can all speak some English and were very helpful if you need something. The room 602 was very nice with large walkin shower and good hot water. It has nice elevator, safe in room, king bed, fridge that has beer and drinks for purchase, nice TV and balcony for that morning cup of coffee. I will say if your planning to visit the area do you research on area to see if it is right for you. I would stay again.

I love staying at this Hotel all the staff remember you and are friendly. The hotel is in a great position only about 10 min walk from most things around the area. They always have a great buffet breakfast and again the staff there are friendly. The WiFi was fast and the aircond worked good as well. Great hotel I will keep coming back as I have for the last 3 yrs.

Not bad hotel, showing some signs of age even though it is fairly recent. Mainly there is corrosion/discolouration in the bathrooms. There was a dead cockroach in plain sight on the floor, but otherwise the room was clean with adequate space including a balcony. Late checkout was 100 baht per hour (5pm or later is charged as a full night).

Nice Centrally Located Hotel!
Enjoyed my stay at this nice Boutique Hotel, Building work going on close by in street, but my room on the 4th floor towards rear of hotel was nice and quiet. This was my first visit to Pattaya so did`nt know my way around, the staff on reception helped me and even found a good map for me. Also gave me usefull advise on my options when leaving about how to get to the coach station for my journey to Bangkok airport. Idealy located hotel, shop opposite entrance, bars massage and eating places in road outside, also Taxi`s, Motorcycle taxi`s and Baht bus close by.
