We paid for the hotel in full, well before the trip, on Expedia. When we checked in, they asked for the "voucher" from a travel agency. We showed them the receipt from Expedia. Finally, they gave in and let us move in.
When we checked out, they dallied for 30 minutes over our situation, again thinking we hadn't paid the bill. We almost missed our scheduled ride to the airport.
WiFi connection was way too expensive. Most hotels there have free WiFi.
Housekeeping didn't change bedsheets well enough.
Breakfast menu became monotonous. Needs some variety.
Cable TV with only 7 channels!
