My lunch experience at this hotel was deplorable. It was a buffet which the hotel kitchen refused to refill. All the meats were gone by the time I got to the food line. I come to find out that I was not the only one suffering as others were too intimidated as ask for meat (squids, chicken, etc.). Only after I demonstrated that I can only eat rice with fish sauce then staff hurried to bring out more meat. This is unacceptable dining.

Stay at caesars for just 1 night. I was booked to stay 8 days. My Mother was taken to Hospital very ill in UK. Caesars Place did not have international phones. I needed to check up on my Mother every day. What I saw of hotel. I thought it was very clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was great. If it had not been for my Mother illness I would have stayed all 8 days.

This is the best value for money I’ve found in Pattaya and I’ve been coming for decades. The location is perfect across the road from Central Festival Shopping Mall which is on the beach. Most of all I really appreciate the staff who treated me like a friend, not a customer. Big room, clean, firm mattress as I requested. Lacked nothing.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF THERE WAS TISSUES IN THE ROOM. ALSO MANY COFFEE AND MILK BUT ONLY ONE SUGAR. IT DID NOT SPOIL MY STAY I WILL GO BACK.

They where very helpful! Specially when we wanted to change rooms they helped right away with this issue. The entire staff was always friendly and always had a smile.

Not really a Palace but ok
The room was ok but a little old fashion. There was a lamp bulb not working above the shower so the room was poorly lit. The swimming pool area was nice but was shaded from the sun very early in the day. The maids were great and cleaned the room every day.

The hotel is a average hotel but is nice but starting to get old needs a refurbishment it was clean the pool area needs all refurbishment food was ok and reasonable cheap but I don't like the 10% service charge and the tax they dint say thus on the menu in large writing small print at the bottom nothing really good about this hotel only the location

Living in the 70's
It was ok. It's old and run down. Lobby area still ok. But very 70's. Decore in rooms very 70's. So I would expect prices to be cheaper than I paid. All outdoor exterior very run down too. Doesn't feel pleasant to stay.

The Hotel is average in nature, and close to beach
When we checked in, the room A/C is not working.. After the maintenance checked it out for about 30 mins and still not working.. They finally moved us to other room..After, checked out and I requested a receipt and refused to give me one or perhaps they can't understand me, they only knew very little English...

The hotel location is the best n gets 10/10,just opposite to central festival mall n not far from walking street as well,hotel is not so good ,room small n evn pool not so well,staff is okay ,in n all paradise for shopping lovers

Very noisy loud music from bar next door.
We booked the nice room and paid extra. When we got to the hotel we were given the room near the bar next door. At 1:00 a.m. we went to the front desk and asked to move to another room due to the loud music. We moved to the tower room, very small and old, (2 stars only). In the morning we asked to move to the upgraded room that we paid for. We changed rooms again to a room by the pool side. 2 nights out of the 6 nights we could not sleep, the bar has a live band with 4 large speakers until 3:00 a.m. Breakfast was average.

Horrible hotel
Horrible staff and even more horrible rooms. I paid for a superior suite, on arrival they claimed they only had one room left in the whole hotel and that was a twin. The filthiest room I have ever stayed in the bath had stains which could have easily been washed, rude staff, no way this is an international level 4 star hotel it doesn't even come close.

I stayed one night at this hotel. Location is very great because it's just opposite with Central Festival Pattaya. So, you can walk for shopping by 5 min from hotel. Room is quite clean but air condition is too hot.

We paid for the hotel in full, well before the trip, on Expedia. When we checked in, they asked for the "voucher" from a travel agency. We showed them the receipt from Expedia. Finally, they gave in and let us move in. When we checked out, they dallied for 30 minutes over our situation, again thinking we hadn't paid the bill. We almost missed our scheduled ride to the airport. WiFi connection was way too expensive. Most hotels there have free WiFi. Housekeeping didn't change bedsheets well enough. Breakfast menu became monotonous. Needs some variety. Cable TV with only 7 channels!
