I stayed a total of three weeks at this hotel. After 12 days the M room which was okay, was no longer available. This room was claustrophobic and I actually had anxiety and uncomfortable stress from being in such a small room. You had to shimmy your feet to even move along the bed. It’s so small that thee was no where to put your bags or hang clothes. The staff were helpful and courteous.

Rooms were very clean, maid service was exceptional, front desk did everything that could be expected and more. Overall it was a decent experience. Location is quiet good, close to big c and the beach, if your looking for an affordable , base location then this could be it.

There wasn't any table or chair in my room which was kind of awkward plus the hotel didn't provide any toothbrush or toothpaste which are common necessities

It was pre-paid room with no minbar so why they ask another TH1000 deposit? Also shower unit had a door that didn't allow you any space to shut it unless you was very skinny you simply cannot shut the bathroom door. Also light in bathroom was far too weak.

They don’t give kettle for making tea in room ....that’s the only negative I found about the hotel ....the staff is good ...location is nice and breakfast medium .

It was unconfortable to stay with us . The shower was really bad . The water suddenly turn to cold then sometimes it too hot . They had poor amenity. They dont have a toothbrush and haircomb. That is why we have to buy our own toohbrush and toothpase. The cleanliness was soo bad . Specially on the bead head were the phone is place . Its full of dust when i was using the phone to call in the front. Its really dirty . Although the place is very convenient. Hoping the hotel management give the attention for the room cleanliness.
