"A good value: things are dated but work fine."
Pros: Awesome price. Amazing location, walking distance to lots of stuff (0.2 miles to Heavenly Village, 0.4 miles to movie theatre, 0.5 miles to casino; anyone who says that is too far is either disabled or lazy). Heater worked well, kept us cozy warm. Spacious room, comfy furniture. Fridge actually kept food cold! Quiet room (third floor).
Cons: The balcony sliding glass door did not lock. Maybe it is something someone else can figure out, just like I figured out the toilet, which would run continuously until you jiggled the handle. The wifi was spotty and weak. Everything was old (veneers peeling, heater in two pieces, etc). Only two plugs for three appliances (fridge, coffeemaker, microwave), so had to play musical appliance. Beds a bit saggy, not supportive.
Etc: Not really pros and cons, since they should be basic services, but in response to other reviews, we had enough hot water for showers (family of 3), toilet paper, and plenty of towels (6 bath size, 4 hand size, at last count). The breakfast supplied bagels, toaster waffles, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, tea, syrup, jam, etc. Not fancy but enough carbs to fuel us hitting the slopes. The room was clean. Service was friendly. Be okay with no elevator.
We did not use the TV, so can't say.
Overall: A good value for those who can appreciate things that are old but work totally fine. If you can afford more, you might want somewhere else (the wifi was a dealbreaker for us), but for a budget, the place delivers.
