They did not have a king bed without the feeling of the bed being two separate beds put together. Our bed was like it was two single beds sewn together as one bed, but you could definitely feel the ridge in the middle. The service and rest of the facilities were very good. Nice views of the bay.
My partner and I initially booked only two nights at the Burasari. Being Thailand newbies (gasp!) we weren't exactly sure where we wanted to stay or what we wanted to do... however once we arrived at Burasari, that was it.
We arrived and were completely wowed by the beauty of this resort. I took a million pictures but could not capture the essence of this magical place.
Our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable - I should mention that the staff were super friendly and helpful at all times - even bumping us up to the honeymoon suite! We spent one night at the Burasari before deciding this was heaven and extending our time here for the rest of our trip (only 6 nights, what a shame).
The free daily mini bar top up and the to-die-for buffet breakfast were amazing luxuries. I only wished I had not lugged around so many toiletries. They are very generous so no need to bring your shampoo, conditioner, body lotion or even loofah!
The Burasari also has a great location, in the heart of Patong, however quiet and a short walk (10-15mins at the most) to Bangala road.
Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and are already dreaming of returning!!!
i loved staying here, it is so close to everything, the beach , shopping, entertainment, the staff were lovely an went out of there way to help you. the meals are lovely, would recommend it to anyone going on holiday to phuket, for the money we paid it was more than worth it
I'll start by saying that in terms of accomodation and value - this property is fine. However, I left the property disappointed for the following reason:
I chose this hotel specifically for the +VIP benefits which have up until this point pleasantly surprised me at every property. If you are considering this property for this same reason - PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. This property grossly underwhelms on all fronts and does not do the +VIP program justice. Why? Because the staff is completely oblivious to the details of the program and the significance of +VIP status. During my stay I did not receive a single +VIP benefit, even after having to ask multiple staff members at the front desk what the benefits actually are? It took the the staff 10 minutes to find the details on the computer only to have them miscommunicated (30 minutes free soa package later became 30 minutes free after 90+ min booking...)
The hotel was amazing very clean and all the staff were friendly, we even got a free upgrade on arrival. The pool bar staff are fabulous and so funny. Only thing to note is it can be noisy at night due to the location as it is right next to all the bars. This didn't bother us as we were out in the bars anyway.

Located on the west coast, Patong Beach is the most popular beach in Phuket. This two-kilometre-long beach offers everything from water sports and massages to food and drinks. The nightlife selection is infinite, including the famous Soi Bangla with its numerous bars, neon lights, and night clubs; dining along cliff-side restaurants with views of the coast, or at the two Thai food courts on Rat-U-Thit Road. The beach transforms into a night bazaar nightly, packed with colourful stalls selling beach wears and leather goods.
