"Air conditioner not working. Hair dryer not working. Power and light switches grimey. By the time I arrived and discovered these things it was late afternoon and too late to change or complain. This has always been a good value budget motel for years but this is not acceptable. I will just have to wear this one but never again "

"The first unit was clean although had hair on the walls in the bathroom and the plates were dirty in the cupboard. The toilet then broke and the plumber did not have the part to fix. We were then moved to another room which had not been vacuumed properly and had an old musky smell about it. The staff were quite rude about having to move us. Disappointed with the snappy attitude them."

"We stayed here purely because we had a wedding to attend and the guest bus stopped here. Unless you’re a family who wants a holiday park ambience, I’d give it a miss. Can’t comment on staff/service because we used self check-in and check out. Convenient drive to Pokolbin region and other wineries."

"We paid extra for an ‘upgrade’ however they only have one room type and all rooms are shared bathroom. It was outright stealing neither Expedia or the hotel willing to refund the extra $71 I paid. Outright disgusting. Loud music and fighting out front all night. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting."

"Good on site parking, some under cover. Very close to all the amenities of Maitland. We were there for a wedding and the room was so well lit, equipped with full length mirrors and ironing board. Made it easy to get ready. "
