Sycamore Canyon Retreat- Pet Friendly, Hot Tub, 30+ day only

This beautiful and modern three bedroom home features three bedrooms on the upper level, all with comfortable queen beds, televisions, side tables with lamps, ceiling fans and large, spacious closets. The primary bedroom features an en suite full bathroom with a dual sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. The other two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In between the bedrooms is a large bonus room/office with a dedicated work station desk and office chair, plus a seating area with a full size sofa bed.
Downstairs, the home features a formal sitting and dining room, a casual family room with a large TV, a half bath, a fully outfitted kitchen with a gas range, a laundry room and a spacious and landscaped backyard with a pet relief area, an outdoor dining table, BBQ, sitting area and a hot tub. The entire home is available for 30+ day stays and is ideal for traveling health professional or educators/administrators, those in between escrows, those doing home remodels or repairs or those newly relocating to our area, needing a bit more time to secure long term housing. The home is fully furnished with all utilities turned on and included in the monthly rent as is landscaping and spa water service.

A lovely retreat indeed

This home is very welcoming and clean. The kitchen is modern and well-appointed, the furniture is comfortable and the lighting throughout the home is ample and some of it has dimmers which I always appreciate. The yard is set up with a hot tub and several nice sitting areas with firepit. I walk my dogs twice a day and this neighborhood is excellent for that. Sidewalks on all the streets, friendly neighbors and not a lot of traffic. A short block away are cattle farms and a dirt road you can walk also if you're so inclined: great sunset views from there! The property manager Sarah is a true gem: so responsive, helpful and friendly. She makes sure everything is in order and is always available to answer questions if needed. This home would be great for a family event, friends get-together or a long-term stay. I highly recommend and would stay there again anytime.
