"Could not fault anything about the hotel. Staff, room, facilities, breakfast, location... it was all excellent. We upgraded to a suite and it was well worth it for the extra space, cool bathroom and huge bed. Melissa was a great help when we arrived. And the rooftop pool that can be used in the Intercontinental next door is very special. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is clean and the breakfast includes some cooked options like omelette and pancakes, while the buffet is more basic (scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, jams). Isolation on the 7th floor is poor because it is right under the restaurant and very loud since early in the morning. We had to ask for a room change. Rooms are spacious but the bathrooms require some work. There are some inattentions: for example, the plus are American but the hairdryer provided is EU; some plugs didn’t work at all. Overall a solid choice for the price, but I wouldn’t pay more given the issues above."
