I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location was okay and convenient enough for my needs, the condition of the room itself was highly disappointing.
The room was very dark, dirty, and had a noticeable, unpleasant smell coming from the carpet. It felt poorly maintained and uninviting. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness for the price, and I would not recommend staying here until deep cleaning and proper maintenance are addressed.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the property is fabulous. Right by the water, with a wonderful view, and a short walk from the old town and many good restaurants. The only slight drawback to this type of location is that it's not the most quiet. We were unable to sleep with our window open because of the late nightlife. We found it a small price to pay for the rest of the conveniences. Would stay there again.

The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.

"Very nice property, but checking in requires you walk down from parking lot level with luggage down rickety rocky steps.
