"This was a great hotel for a stay during the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival It's a less than 15 minute drive to the tulip gardens or to downtown Mount Vernon. The check in girl could have provided more information; she didn't tell me anything about pool or breakfast hours. The room was fairly clean, but I did find a hair in the sheets and some debris on the shower floor. The pool was decent, but there was a group of middle school cheer team girls doing their stunts in the pool which made it unusable until they left and the staff never came in to put a stop to it. Shame on their parents though. There were no pool towels available by the time I left. The room was quiet, with good amenities and a comfy bed. The breakfast was surprising good...the eggs didn't even taste powdered. Overall a good hotel for what it is and where it's located. "

"The outside might not be much to look at but a great little hotel. Room very modern with fridge, coffee, microwave, very nice bathroom and very clean. Intinental breakfast simple but adequate."

"Like something out of a dream! This little cabin was cute, clean and cozy. It was exactly as described. Well equipped with everything that we needed. Fit our needs perfectly for a mother daughter getaway to see the tulips. We would love to come back. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Mount Vernon area. "

"The location was safe and the bedroom portion was clean, but the bathroom ceiling had water damage in the shower, the breakfast was literally two types of plain cereal and that was it, and the first room we were sent to was flooded. In addition the outside trashes were overflowing and the vending machine didn’t work properly. "

"Older property but clean.. very dark room and very few electrical outlets for charging appliances or plugging in CPAP(no outlets by bed). Decent breakfast but no plates (bowls were available) no place to have breakfast other than room. Staff was nice and helpful. "

"Most things were really great. The pool felt a little on the colder side. Maybe 77 vs most hotel pools being 80-82. The pull out couch in the suite was not very comfortable."
