"The property and the room were clean and reasonably well maintained. We slept well, and it was great to have a kitchen area with a full size microwave, fridge and sink. I didn't like the proximity to the freeway. There was constant freeway noise throughout the night - not super loud, but enough to be noticeable. The windows didn't seem to be double-pane, which might have helped to reduce the noise level. The windows were wide open when we entered the room, and with all that traffic outside, I feel like the air quality couldn't have been wonderful. A few minor issues we noticed were as follows: - The USB jacks on one side of the bed were not working, which meant my phone and watch didn't get charged. - The toilet roll holder was loose - The internet TV only included Netflix and HBO, and it was very difficult to get Netflix to open. It would repeatedly show a connection error, but if you kept retrying then eventually it would connect. - The dishwasher door was very stiff, and difficult to open and close - It wasn't super comfortable to sit on the couch and watch TV, because the air conditioning vents directed the cold air right onto the top of our heads and down the back of our necks. The breakfast was adequate, including potatoes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, etc. However, the self-serve area was small, and crowded, with everyone bumping into one another. The coffee was empty when I got to it, and there weren't enough tables to accommodate everyone,"
