Boutique - Good Deal

Very central to everything in town. Parking is 'on street' but no major inconvenience. Free, if you park on the right street. Good breakfast.

Convenient, friendly hotel close to everything

Posted 16-Nov-2015 on Hotels
This is a charming hotel with friendly service, decent room size and a good Continental breakfast. We had a balcony overlooking the square and there was a good choice of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We parking overnight on the square without any problem. Negatives were the lift was not working and the shower was only a handheld. Overall, good value for money.

We arrived late, but the hotel contacted us to tell us the arrangements. Very Professional and friendly.

Basic, very noisy, uncomfortable but central

Posted 02-Jul-2015 on Hotels
The hotel accommodation was very basic, the service available occasionally and offhand, and the extremely noisy until about 4 am, due to street noise from the bar nearby. This is especially relevant, since we had a room of the so called 'quiet' side of the hotel. Their was no air conditioning, and in the summer, the bathroom light with a heating element made it very uncomfortable with the door closed. The excellent central location was in no way compensated for by these other experiences.

Room needs updating

Posted 13-Nov-2014
The quality of the staff, cleanliness, breakfasts are excellent, and the position in the centre of St Omer outstanding. As we (imtended to say for several nights we wanted to unpack, but there were no drawers for clothes and limited hanging space. Shower, though OK, was "in the bath". Also parking can be a problem Against these relatively small issues, the manager was very understanding when we had to cut our stay short because of a relatively serious accident I had finished up in St Omer hospital A&E, and allowed us to leave early without penalty

Great place for first night on continent!

Posted 13-May-2014
Pros: Everything, but the lighting and expensive breakfast.
Cons: Lighting and include breakfast in the cost of the room.
Location: Great location in town. Easy to find restaurants at night, morning difficult. We got our breakfast outside the city.
Our double room was clean and excellent for the price. it was quiet and the desk was friendly and accommodating. It was difficult finding breakfast outside of the hotel. Hotel bkfst is too expensive for the place. The room could use some lighting improvement. You needed a flashlight to read a book. We liked the location. had a great meal and walked to the restaurant. It is a lovely town. Parked on the street in front of the hotel. There was no problem in May. People were very nice.

Nice hotel in the city center

Pros: Staff
Staff very friendly and available. They locked our bikes in the garage for free. Nice room at top floor, clean, relatively big bathroom. Free Wifi, and generous breakfast, worth the extra 8 euros.
