Great pool area for the kids. But the major renovation project for the hotel should have been planned out better. Guests had to navigate around too much of the construction.

Beautifully updated hotel that is close to everything. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Nice size pool, and free breakfast. A very good value in my opinion and I would love to stay at this La Quinta again.

Most of the hotel was under construction so getting around the building was a little tricky. Our room seemed to be newly renovated, which was nice. Less than 10 min from American Dream, where we spent most of our time.

This property is not in good shape. Seems like an old motel being converted to a branded Hotel. So much noise comes from the rooms. Was a really bad experience.

The hotel is very nice and the staff provide adequate service. The room was nice with very nice beds. The sink in the bathroom was dirty and clogged…disgusting. They’re doing remodeling and it gets extremely noisy very early. The rooms in the area under renovation process, should be discontinued.

From the moment I came in the lady at the front desk was rude. Unhelpful. and was not accommodating. She lied to us. And then when we finally settled in there was banging on doors to the point that security had tk come up after complaining multiple times ! Then before check out time we got woken up extra early despite having our do not disturb sign. The other people next door was complaining too. The whole ordeal was a distater. Never mind the smell in the Room was from mold or something. It’s was a horror. We are currently taking action especially towards that woman in the front desk that was extra nasty

Everything was great. The hotel is still undergoing renovations so some areas/floors are still not complete but our room was clean & spacious & outside of the highway traffic, it was quiet. The frontdesk staff in the evening was amazing!!! Shani A. was so much fun, accommodating & had great food recommendations. Cassandra & Nina were great too! They all made us feel welcome. The pool area was clean & heated. Overall, we’ll definitely stay again as long as Shani is working.

The hotel location is very loud as you can hear the traffic at all times. The AC units are outdated and also VERY noisy - we had to shut them off to get some sleep.

I was really looking forward to some relaxing time, but the pool area was constantly being interrupted by staff coming in and out. I opted for late check out and room service still came knocking 2 twice to see if I needed something but more like seeming if I was ready to leave. not sure when the construction is due to finish because that caused noise, dust and just so many strangers walking around. Didn't feel safe.

They stated their sprinkler system broke and most of the 1st floor was flooded with electrical extension cords sitting in water to have the fans dry up the flood.

After 45 -1 hour into our stay we discovered there was no hot water in our building due to renovations. We had to change rooms after unpacking all our bags because no one made us aware of this situation, having a kid with skin condition an letting her swim on the pool with a high level of Chlorine It was necessary for her to shower right after of course if someone would’ve told us this we wouldn’t allowed her to hobbit there was no hot water. There was no communication between the service staff a the front desk. It was difficult also having a kid on the spectrum to have to relocate an move around. Our keys had to be unlock everyday during our stay since every time we came Back to the hotel the key wouldn’t work! An to finish the Wi-Fi was down all Weekend again the STAFF FAILED TO MENTION this only found out when for the third time we had to come down with our kids because our key wouldn’t open the door an we heard them say to someone else Checking in, not once we got a paper or a notice or verbal awareness of any of this issues. it was a really terrible experience for us an our kids. We are a very loyal family of Expedia we hope this can help

The experience was great. The beds were actually comfortable, and the property was safe. I enjoyed the pool area as it way great for kids to swim safely. Not to mention the open breakfast area.
