"Although I asked, I got no help with my luggage to my room, The breakfast staff seems unhappy with their jobs, they give you attitude for any question, no one smiles here.

"Very clean and super comfortable beds; a very nice pool and clean water. Great breakfast, very nice options for lunch during work days. The location is almost outside of Milan and there is only 1 bus that can help one get to a more central area."
"Parking was a bit expensive, pool was nice, staff and breakfast was very good, very clean throughout, building could use a tiny bit of touch up, but nice grounds. "
"It is a very nice hotel with good rooms and nice bathroom. Close to the metro and a lot of steps/bikes from e.g. Lime and Dott. Big Carrefour nearby and open 24/7."
"The hotel itself is beautiful. It is easy to use the transportation to get to the Duomo area. However , it is a bit far . It took us about 15 minutes to get to the center area via train . The breakfast was delicious . "

"The room constantly had mosquitos in it. One day the AC broke and they couldn’t get it fixed so it was 27.5-29.0 C in the room. The door wouldn’t latch properly so the security was dubious. Also the door handle on the bathroom was repaired by someone that did a horrible job so it was loose and had been screwed on hastily. "
"This hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed renting bikes and riding along the river. It was close to great restaurants. We enjoyed shopping the antiques along the river and the Prado museum. The room was comfortable and clean. The nicest thing is that we left for an early flight and they provided us with breakfast bags to take to the airport since we would be gone before the breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some of our favorite meals in Italy in the neighborhood here. Highly recommend for a stay in Milan. "
