"Neighbors were young kids. Yelling and carying on until 2a.m. took two calls from just our room, others called as well. Toilet didnt flush with out taking the tank lid off amd doing it manually. "

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. I always make an effort to be cordial and friendly with the staff wherever we stay, knowing that, generally, you get what you give. Upon arrival, my encounter with check in seemed rather cold and indifferent. On to the room, it was huge! Clean, spacious, and, possibly recently renovated. Impressive on first look. However, it is not senior friendly. The Grand Canyon step into the bathtub is nothing less than treacherous. Additionally, there are steps to get to the sleeping area. For those who have trips to the bathroom during the night, this can be somewhat of a hazard. The front room area is large with two work stations, sounds wonderful, correct? But, there are no readily accessible plug ins and a complete absence of USB plugs anywhere. We had to request towels be sent up 2 of the 3 days we stayed. They were delivered to the room quickly, but the person delivering , again, did not exude much hospitality and seemed rather annoyed that they had to make this effort. Optics are good, but overall, for me, this property is not one I would stay at again."

"Pros: affordable, well located, has a fridge/microwave Cons: this hotel will not hold your bags. I travel pretty often and haven’t come across this before… finding a storage locker in downtown Detroit was difficult and added an unexpected headache for my backpack when I was exploring downtown. There was also a party/large gathering on the floor that was very loud at 1 am. Given the set up, I think people stay here for longer periods of time. The noise was pretty disruptive, although someone from the ground floor came up after 30 min. "

"We had an awesome stay food was good, Staff was Great. Clean comfortable rooms. Parking was good. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We even booked a room for next week when we have to pick up our Son. "
