"Our stay was really pleasant. The staff were attentive and helpful anytime needed. Love that they have 24/7 staff assistance. The amenities were nice to use. They even let us know that we had forgotten an item in our room shortly after checkout and kept it safely with them and asked us to pick it up from them. This level of attentiveness is pretty rare to come by of late."

"Love most of the upgrades but definitely prefer a tub to a stand alone shower. The smaller rooms still have a tub. Such a beautiful location but was a bit irritated by other guests smoking near our building vs in the smoking area. Staff tried to intervene but guests continued to smoke throughout our visit. Have stayed here many times and this was the first time it was an issue"
