Spent one night at North Parkes on trip to Melbourne. Owner/Manager was pleasant. Parking easy, room clean and fine and adequate; had evening meal in dining room and that was also good with excellent service. Only negative was some road noise but to be expected for the location.

We have stayed here twice before hence no hesitation in returning again this time. Unfortunately the staff member did not at all appear happy and only just luke warm water in the shower. Room was clean.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and in good condition. The indoor pool was such a lovely way to unwind after a long day in the car. The restaurant was more than happy to cater for the two Ceoliacs in our group and understood the need for gluten free food.

Was happy to call northparks home for the week, loved the large rooms with plenty of room to move around. The grounds was neat and tidy and although i didnt have time to jump in, there is an indoor heated pool, plus toddler's pool and spa was nice to hear it turn on for a breif moment.
