"Pier B was the perfect place to stay for UMD graduation at AmSoil arena. Front desk staff set us up with a wheelchair to push grandma to the event as it was a beautiful day and only about a 7 min walk along the shore vs. sitting in a traffic jam. Rooms clean. Staff excellent. Silos was fine - best part was the Rustic Inn pies. Fitness Center very small. Outdoor areas were excellent."

"Our room was very spacious but a little dated. The continental breakfast really didn't have much to offer. Easy to get to Duluth's Lincoln Park neighborhood an downtown. Very quiet and over all a nice place for our needs."

"The room was clean and comfortable, the staff brilliant. The breakfast was okay. Didn't have time for much. Never used the hot tub and or any other amenities. Too busy celebrating with college graduations and family."

"Check in lady was less then friendly. Made you feel like you were bothering her. Didn't mention you have to use the room key to get on the elevator. Only after standing there for a bit and another couple staying there came to the elevator did we find out. They weren't told either. Hot breakfast was cold and eggs were rubbery. Hot tub was luke warm not hot. Rooms were big with lots of room"

"The building was previously an office space, I think, and has been converted into well-appointed efficiency and extended-stay rooms. It was perfect for a week-long business trip to Duluth- centrally located and convenient to most everything. The staff were spectacular in handling minor annoyances (a window shade that didn't work) and were consistently friendly and helpful. The only negative mark was the lack of on-site parking, as the most obvious and accessible parking lot charged an extortionate fee for an overnight spot and obscured the reasonably priced public parking that is essentially the same structure."

"Clean and quick check in process. Parking was conveniently located. Great location close to canal. Don’t eat breakfast upstairs terrible service. It’s scan QR code and order. Waitress only one was very stressed and talking about other customers. I waited 35 minutes for my coffee and water glass. My husband waited 60 minutes for food. "
