The studio was completely remodeled & in almost new condition. I am giving it a ‘good’ rating because the pool & hot tub are still under construction. Otherwise all else is excellent

The rooms have been renovated and are well done. There is rehab of the spa going on but it did not impact us. I appreciated the shuttle to the mountain and there are some good dinner options nearby.

The property is under renovation so some areas are an eyesore. The room was partially redecorated and the new items are nice. Half of the knobs in the kitchen and bathroom were missing. Nice new faux-wood tile floors in the room. he bed was comfortable. The $17.50 "resort fee" is ridiculous. Nicer resort style amenities can be found at name brand hotels with no fee. Only charge that fee when the renovations are complete.

Very disappointing
The room was dirty, popcorn on the floor, bed smelled horrible. The other guest with Us had to get a new room as well They were remodeling but this was not that issue. The A/C sounded like War of the Worlds during the attack.

I’m sure this property is going to be very nice when the renovation is complete, but it is in fact under a complete much needed renovation. But it was a terrible experience. The staff was very very friendly but from the moment we got there nothing worked. Garage door didn’t work, keycard to the door didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work. We were alerted to the fact that the pool was under renovation but the pool is in the center of the hotel.

No A/C or wasn’t working, no way to turn of the blower. Very warm in the room! Fan running 24/7, to noisy! Walls not finished painted. Kitchen ceiling needs remodel. Did nothing to help really, asked for discount and nothing!

They are in the middle of remodeling. With the ongoing construction it is still a 4 star. When completed in 2023 it will be a shiny 5 star. I hope I can afford to return next winter for another great Deer Valley vacation.

Adequate no frills hotel
We were very disappointed by the location of this hotel. It is not walkable to Main Street or much else. No where to get coffee or breakfast. The hotel has no shuttle. We were told they can’t hire drivers. The city bus stop is close but Uber was nonexistent and Lyft was expensive. This is a no frills hotel. The staff was very helpful and although under construction the common areas were nice. We got a very reasonable rate on our room so overall I would say the hotel was adequate .

Guest above us were jumping up and down on the floor all night so that is all we heard the first night. I went to front desk twice and called numerous times and then they stopped answering the phone. I should of gotten reimbursed for the night but did not This went on from 9PM till after 12:30AM I complained about 8 times.

I liked the location of the hotel but during our stay the hotel was under renovation so it was not up to par per say. The only down fall was that the pool and hot tub area closed at 9:00 PM which we thought was a little early. We have a big truck and the only parking for the hotel is underground parking so we had to park in a parking lot next door to the hotel.

Nice and convenient.
In town for business and decided to try Raintree instead of the typical hotel. Glad I did. Check in was easy, great parking and walking distance to most anything. The condo was nice with full kitchen. I will be back

This property was perfect for our family. The two bedrooms have a bathroom in each bedroom. There’s an additional bathroom that has a closet and sink just outside the bathroom door. The kitchen was nice with granite counter tops and was fully stocked with the dishes we needed. The kitchen table was big enough to fit 6 chairs around it. The pool and hot tub are big. This property is very family friendly.
