Kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked. Be aware that there is no garage access with this unit (outdoor parking only) and the hot tub is outdoors with no indoor access or warm up area.The biggest issue that we had is the requirement to pick up and drop off keys at Moose Management's office in Park City, which is a 20 minute drive away in the best of conditions (and much longer in storms/traffic). We only stayed here for one night and were really hoping to hop on the East Village lifts after check out, but instead found ourselves driving 40 minutes in peak morning traffic back to the Moose Management office, which cut into our ski day significantly.This would be a five-star review with the option to either leave the key in the unit or use a lockbox on site. ##### Eugene K. The communication was very unclear and there was NO friendliness. I felt they were bothered by me renting. I have never experienced anything like this; usually owners are very nice and want to make your stay enjoyable.1\. You have to pick up AND drop off fob 25 minutes from condo. Additionally, the key box did NOT work. Thank goodness someone was there after office hours, whom also seemed bothered and blamed the weather-snow! Is this a rare occasion in a ski town? Otherwise, who knows how long I would have had to wait for help.2\. The "online portal," including additional identity verification, additional rental agreement, and additional payment was very time consuming prior to checking in. I received a minimum of 20 emails/texts/call with items I had to do. I felt like I bought a house. 3\. Pioche Village has 4 buildings. It's not listed anywhere which building this is in. I called their number and spoke to 2 people who could not help me and asked more questions to verify my identity than about my problem. I was about to lose my mind. I had to go in every building and find condo numbers. The condo is new. However there are no hooks in bathroom to hang anything or counter space. Also, TV/WiFi didn't work. I'd recommend going with anyone other than Moose Management for vacation rental. It was so alarming how bad the customer service was that this is my first bad review on a rental. ##### Julia J.
