Communication was horrendous and unresponsive. Pictures deceiving. Furniture is cheap and broken-chairs and bed frames thus we had bed issues initially. Boiler not working well as we had a hot water issue that my husband fixed. Gas fireplace broken and not usable. Cleanliness was fair as there was a package of old, faded Skittles left in the boiler area that also was for ski storage, dirt found in random places.
