Welcome to your ultimate mountain getaway on Rossi Hill! Nestled in the Snow  
  
Park Base area, this spacious townhome combines comfort, style, and  
  
location—just minutes from historic Main Street and the legendary slopes and  
  
trails of Deer Valley.   
  
With three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a bonus room that’s made  
  
for movie nights or game days, there’s room for everyone to spread out and  
  
relax. You’ll also enjoy conveniences like a two-car garage, air conditioning,  
  
and two sets of washers and dryers, perfect for groups or families.   
  
The main level is built for gathering, featuring a chef-friendly kitchen. The  
  
main level has an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. with  
  
double ovens, a large island with bar seating for four, and a wet bar for  
  
après-ski cocktails. The dining room has seating for six. The living room  
  
invites you to unwind with ample soft seating, stone fireplace and flat screen  
  
tv. Off of the dining room is a private deck with a hot tub.   
  
Tucked just off the main living area is a fun bunk room and half bathroom. The  
  
bunk room has a lofted bunk with two twin beds over one full bed and a twin  
  
trundle making four beds total. This room also has an en suite bathroom with  
  
single sink and shower tub combo.   
  
Upstairs has two more bedrooms. The first is the primary suite with king bed,  
  
flat screen tv, large seating lounge with a full size mirror and an en suite  
  
bathroom with dual sinks and a standing shower. The second bedroom has a king  
  
bed and en suite bathroom with single sink and shower tub combo.   
  
Downstairs, the oversized bonus room is a hidden gem with plush seating, flat-  
  
screen TV, a full bathroom, and a second laundry area. It’s the perfect spot
