Cons: The living room tv and fireplace weren't working and it took several days to determine what the problem was, and it could not be fixed. I was told I would be receiving some compensation but have received nothing. The management company was not proactive for check in or check out instructions - I had to request them. They were also unaware of the issue with the TV and fireplace, so nobody is checking if things are working in between stays.
