The expectation of a luxury rental with top notch properties and world class experiences falls short. When this is the expectation, everything and I mean everything should be in working condition! The hot tub jets only worked sporadically, the steam shower in the master did not work at all, the tub faucet in the master was broke, sink leaked in the kitchen. There were knobs missing off the dressers and nightstands, the tile was broken in the kitchen and entry way. A dining room chair was broke. When we arrived there was a crew there that left very quickly once we arrived without explanation. We figured out quickly because once we turned on the tub upstairs the ceiling in the kitchen started leaking. None of these things took away from our vacation and were not a priority to get fixed while we there but with the amount we paid to stay at a luxury rental, we expected more. Ensure all the little things are fixed and make sure all the equipment is in working condition to make sure your guests do get that world class experience at a top notch luxury rental. ##### Jennifer S.
