The toilet in our room would not flush properly. After sending someone up with a plunger, and then a snake (there was no clog, it did not work properly when we arrived), they changed our room. All of this took more than an hour to resolve. Once we finallly had a new room, there were no luggage racks. So, after packing up our room, we had to carry all of our belongings to the new room. It was now well after 9 pm. We had our 6 year old grandson with us, and after all of this activity, it was very difficult to get him calmed down and asleep.
The hotel did not offer an apology, a refund on our room cost, or even a discount! Terrible Customer Service!
If not for this issue, I would have given the hotel 5 stars. It was very clean, nicely decorated, the linens were OK, the breakfast was hot and delicious, and is within walking distance to all the fun things to do in Inner Harbor.
