"I had booked and paid for a hotel here on Expedia and arrived provided my credit card for the deposit along with my ID under the same name that was scheduled for the hotel I received so much grief from the guy at the front desk it felt like an honest interrogation asking if I was staying the whole night with my partner then I had mentioned that I would be going out for a bit and returning and he basically denied giving us our room. Unfortunately I believe the gentleman at the front desk was possibly judging us by the way we had looked as we were both extremely tired and not dressed the greatest beyond that fact we were both customers paying for a hotel room and should have been provided the hotel room without questioning. Because of this I will never use a hotel under this chain again I have never had an issue like this before and have stayed at multiple hotels with my partner or our family thankfully Expedia refunded the hotel because it was under a non-refundable status but the gentleman at the front desk wouldn't even give me the key it was honestly a ridiculous and disappointing moment. I hope this hotel really considers replacing the employee that acted out in this manner."

"Nice rooms updated fairly recently. Hallways and elevator were in good condition too. All staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Would happily stay here again. Also, having a Nespresso machine in the room is 100x better than the typical hotel coffeemaker. "

"I know it was built in 1905 but simple upgrades would have prevent the cold wind to come through the bathroom window which essentially froze my face wash since I placed it on the window sill. I could not sleep because the sheets were basically what I call summer sheets. I used up all the tissues in the room because I kept sneezing and blowing my nose. "

"Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel did not have an elevator, was not aware of it. Had to carry the luggage upstairs. "

"I really like this hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable abd sound proof. The linens are nice and a full kitchen away from the beds. Tons of storage and closet space even in the basic room. Lighting could be better as a tiny complaint. One improvement is allowing trays for the breakfast up to the rooms. Breakfast ends early nice to get it and bring to sleeping family. Staff was really nice!! Every one professional and friendly. Got food delivered to room no problem. Good wifi abd easy access to highway. Cheap drinks at happy hour and they let you bring your own snacks. "

"Great place. Spacious rooms, lovely clean gym, good breakfast. My only issue was the pool: water is quite chilly, and the shower did not work at all (how are you supposed to take shower before entering the pool if the shower is not operational?)"
