Room lovely and facilities lovely.
Reception staff had appalling English and made check in very very painful.
We had lunch in the bar and the food was overpriced and not very nice at all!

However we are very surprised about your feedback with regards to the lack of English speaking employees at our front desk, as the great majority of our hotel employees speak English very well and we are sorry if you encountered any communication problems during your stay with us.
Also we would like to apologize if our food offer was not up to your expectations.
