This is a perfect position when you stay in Paris. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Particular, thanks to Philippe Bonnet one of the concierge who assisted us. We were particularly touched by the hotel’s acknowledgement of my wife’s birthday. Will stay again without doubt.

A very American hotel in Paris. They have all the conveniences of the US and the perfection of the French. Staff, reception, security-one night some kids decided to park outside the hotel at 2 am and blast loud music and have a small party-security was on top of that and ended it quickly without incident, everything was lovely. Bigger rooms than most in Paris is a huge plus. King sized bed and a lovely bathroom larger than a port o potty that many luxury hotels in Europe offer. Excellent hotel

We enjoyed our stay, but the location is noisy, and the communication with the hotel was not easy. We waited for a text to alert us we were ready for check in which never came. It was difficult to get room service to answer the phone... But the rooms were cleaned every day and we had a balcony to overlook the Tuileries garden.

I have been staying here for years and remains a “return to”! The rooms are larger than most and everything is so clean and comfortable. The staff is most helpful, nice and go out of their way to be helpful. It’s close to the best shopping in Paris!!!! Love, love, love the Paris Westin!!!!!!

The hotel was very convenient to many major attractions. I was able to walk to just about everywhere, and was also very close to a train that could take you to Versailles. It was clean and had friendly staff.

The Westin is conveniently located near many amenities in Paris, however, the rooms are awful and dirty. There was mold and pink slime in our shower, and the drain in the sink gargled and and was hardly able to drain. Additionally, we paid for an Eiffel tower view and with how the hotel is situated, to see the tower, you have to stand in the far corner of the room and look all the way in the other direction.

Westin is a Great Location
Great location. Very helpful staff. The morning breakfast has alot to offer and begins early enough to allow a great start to the day. Overall, a great venue in a great city.

The hotel corridors in the lobby area were constantly occupied by events. It got so bad, that no public area was available for regular guest. The hotel claimed to have given us an upgrade but it almost seemed to be a downgrade. The WiFi was terrible. The hotel claimed that was a problem with the provider but it was giving the group all the bandwidth. TV was terrible as well. No GRE - we had to connect a Firestick to get Netflix. We were advised that the hotel after the Olympics will get a 4 year renovation. The location is great but some of the stores that used to be at the Westin are no longer operating.

Great location. We had two rooms and had different experience for both. One room was cleaned well and the other was always left uncleared with no proper vacuuming. One of the rooms the shower and phone working well. But they came and fixed it and would keep breaking. Front desk staff was very courteous. They gave us rooms on the opposite ends of the hotel. With 3 kids that was a difficult thing to deal with but we managed. Location is very central for shopping, museums and gardens. Overall a positive experience.

The staff were awesome! They accommodated every request we had. They helped book dinner reservations at excellent restaurants. Additionally they help book reservations for various activities during our stay. The location is the best! The Westin is very close to most of the major tourist sites. We enjoyed staying here as it was very central to all the Paris hotspot that travelers wish to visit. You can easily walk, ride bikes, jump on the metro or get a cab. We paid for the daily breakfast buffet and it was lovely. The coffee and bakery items were fresh. Plenty of hot items and fruit. We had a very comfortable bed, comfortable temps, and a quiet floor. I have never slept so well at a hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful and I can tell they take pride in working there. We will stay again someday. Thank you!
