Charming studio with its completely new bathroom (April 2023), extremely well located in the heart of Paris, just a few steps from rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, one of the trendiest streets in Paris thanks to its many Comedy Club, theaters or lively bars.  
Decorated with taste, this apartment will make you live a very pleasant trip to the heart of Parisian life.  
(building undergoing beautification works without noise pollution until April 30, 2023)  
  
20m2 apartment, on the 4th floor without elevator which includes:
