Reserved a king bed smoking....jot available .....Got 'upgraded' to a 2 full bed smoking which is a huge downgrade!....Damaged walls are repainted paint doesnt match....had hole in door for bathroom could see smoke alarms were removed from the hallway and walls were dangling loose several lights in hallway were blinking like a strobe outside door had no lock on in it anyone could walk in

Hotel receptionist stated that our reservation was canceled by Expedia. Check with Expedia and reservation was not cancelled. Hotel wanted us to pay extra $100 a night. When Expedia sent reservation again we finally got a room at our original rate. Hotel wanted to charge me $20 for upgrade from King to 2 queen beds since King rooms were sold out. Ended up not paying the $20 after more discussion. Took 30 minutes to check in. Not a good experience.

I would like to request a full refund. The property workers were rude and switched the original check out time to whatever they wanted it to be resulting In me and my husband to have to leave earlier than what was expected in the contract.

Reserved online. Online the room said pet friendly under “included in stay” so i didn’t think it would be an issue to have my dog with. A few days in, i was told by front desk that i had to pay for my pet, to which i replied ok that’s my bad i thought it was included in the cost of my pet friendly room. The owners then lied and told me that my fiance explicitly told them that we had no pets (she never spoke a word to them, as i got the room online and i was the one who checked in to begin with). I didnt have the money at the time to pay, as i just paid for 8 days upfront. So i told them that i could pay them thursday morning, as i get paid Wednesday night. They said that was fine, then on Wednesday around 4pm they called my room, requesting me to come to the lobby to pay them, even though i had already told them that i would have it thursday morning, and was told that it was fine, and that is what i told them during this phone call. About an hour later, two people from the staff come banging on my door, demanding me to pay them after i already told them more than once that i simply didn’t have it yet, and as soon as i am paid they will get the pet fee. When i told her i was waiting to be paid, i was told to make it faster. Terrible experience, terrible owners.

You could hear people walking above and closing door flushing toilet all around. Breakfast was a joke. The only option was a cereal. Yogurt exparied, no coffee, appes old- wrinkeled. The bed sheets had a stain and mirror wasn't clean.

Staff is inattentive and side doors are not secure so anybody can just walk in. Rooms were ok except for one of the bed sheets having burn holes in it. Rooms are not cleaned daily (occupied rooms). Asking the staff for anything is a major inconvenience to their life.

It was horrible!!! Only good thing was the bed was comfortable BUT it also had Bed Bugs !! The shower head wasnt even fasten on right so I FIXED IT..Had to get my room key reprogrammed every day i was there. That whole place need a overhaul...I AM NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN !!!

Here’s the deal. I needed a place to stay in a pinch. If was about on par with my expectations. The cleanliness was the biggest issue. Dirty towel on the back of bathroom door, floor not vacuumed anywhere in building, the tile floor was sticky. Comforter was riped. There were even opened mini shampoo bottles. The lights in the 2nd floor was flashing like strobe lights and falling off wall (this was fixed sometime after we arrived at night). There was also a single smoke detector chirping somewhere upstairs. I get it, it was a Super 8, it was cheap. I still think some pride in cleaning room should be there. Also, plan otherwise for breakfast. Was very limited and basically gone about an hour in. In the end. The bedding besides the comforter was fine. We slept, left and moved on. Which is what to expect to do if you stay here.

Was hard to find. Was not in town and I thought I missed it as it appeared I was on my way to the next town. So I turned back to town. The room had no chair but did have a table to put a laptop on! Toilet seat did not have any nuts on the bolts and moved about freely. Someone could fall and get injured (and sue) Sorry but I've stayed in better Super 8's. Unfortunate the days of looking at a room first are gone.

While staying at this hotel I arrived back at the hotel late in the evening. When I entered my room I found that it had not been cleaned and that I had no new towels. I went to the front desk to just ask for new clean towels. They informed me that I could not get clean towels as they were closed until 6:30 in the morning. I explained that I was leaving early the next morning and that I needed the towels before then. They said there was nothing that they could do. I was unable to get clean towels and had to use small hand towels.

Nobody at front desk. Rang bell and waited and waited and waited. Called and finally someone came to answer the phone. Booked through Hotels.com.com, arrived and was told they had cancelled my reservation. No cancelation received by Hotels.com. Guy assures me they have. Have disputed with Hotels.com and with my credit card, but these liars keep telling them the charge is valid even though I was never even allowed in the building.

Anyone need an ash tray?
We had asked for a non smoking room. Upoa arrival, we opened the door, it smelled like a dirty ashtray. I killed a spider in the bathroom. It was one of those rooms you didn't want to put any luggage on the floor. At least it didn't have bed bugs. The carpet looked dirty also. It's in need of replacing. I highly doubt we won't be staying there again as this is an annual visit.

A decent stay
I needed a place for a couple of nights. The clerk was very friendly, so much in fact that he lifted my spirits during a really difficult time. I feel like the value was okay. The room was clean, but the halls looked like they needed to be vacuumed and there was litter in the parking lot. Other than that, it was quiet and I found the bed and pillows very comfortable.

So my husband and I frequent this chain wherever we are. This hotel was probably one of the worst I have stayed at. At check in the person at the desk told me that my payment was declined. I told him I can get my phone to show the receipt and after going back and forth he tried telling me I didn’t need to show him that but he needed payment. Then he said he would give me my key but he will continue looking into this. At this point I got my phone and showed my receipt. Then I asked for the second key for my husband and he tried charging me for having another person…again I showed my reservation was for 2 people. I then had to ask where the room was…..found it and called Expedia to make sure there was no issue and they called the hotel because there was not. I never got a second key, which is fine because we were together the whole time but I had still asked for it. I also asked for extra shampoo, conditioner and soap, specifically one of each and was told he would bring it to me…I’m home now and still waiting. Every time we left and came back our key wouldn’t work so I had to get a new key. The last key I received I asked if I should leave the key in the room for checkout because we were leaving very early and this man gave me the dirtiest look. The ac unit was moldy and when I turned it on that’s all you could smell. One hour after we checked in, housekeeping tried to get into our room even though we had the do not disturb up but never came back during our stay. HORRIBLE!
