It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce. The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere. \## Transports Metro: Line 13 (Brochant station): 3 min walk. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la lavette pour le sol, beaucoup trop sale.Le ménage est très superficiel, l'annonce ne précise pas qu'il s'agit d'un souplex. On était au frais malgré la canicule, mais je n'aimerais pas tester en hiver. Le rez-de-chaussée était difficile à aérer car il n'y avait qu'une seule fenêtre dans tout l'appartement.La table est minuscule, on avait à peine la place de manger dessus à 3\. Le convertible du sous-sol, censé être un lit d'après la description, est franchement inconfortable.Cerise sur le gâteau, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant tout le séjour. Signalé dès le premier jour à 3 interlocuteurs différents via whatsapp, mail et téléphone. On s'est douché une semaine à l'eau froide. Personne n'a pris en charge le problème.
