Il y avait construction sur le façade du bâtiment du coup nous avons été réveillé à 7h00 le matin. De nombreuses personnes étaient présentes en permanence devant le bâtiment. Nous avons également eu un soucis avec le paiement les jours précédents le séjour, du mardi au jeudi avant notre arrivée le samedi. Des appels pour nous signifier que le paiement n'avait pas pu être débité et qu’il était nécessaire de régler au plus vite sous risque de voir la réservation annulée. Mais à la suite de chacun des appels, le lien envoyé ne correspondait pas à un lien de paiement malgré la remarque effectuée dès le premier appel. 3 jours d’appels réguliers pour finalement contacter abritel directement qui a pu joindre l’agence, mais malgré cela, plusieurs appels ont encore été nécessaires pour enfin recevoir un lien valide. Une pression pendant 3 jours nous faisant penser que nous n'aurions finalement plus de location ou qu’il s'agissait d’une arnaque pour enfin pouvoir trouver une solution à 2 jours de notre séjour. ##### Dilara Ö.
