The staff were really great, especially Khalid. When we arrived late and the room light weren't working he was very helpful getting us a new room sorted and guving us transport advice. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. However, the metro noise underneath is more than just a rumble. It made the room shake. Combined with shouting from the street through the night- it is in Pigalle after all- we didnt sleep well.

The hotel was newly remodeled, impeccably clean and tastefully designed. I appreciated all the small, little details the hotel provided, like the plate of macarons and customized welcome letter upon arrival, bath robes and slippers provided, and high end bath products in sustainable, refillable bottles. The staff was always pleasant, informative and accommodating to our needs. The only downside we experienced, that I hadn't been aware of, is that the hotel is located near the red light district, on one of the main drag of seedy shops. It didn't feel unsafe, but was something I wish I didn't have my children walk by every day. Merci!

Stunning boutique hotel
Newly refurbished the hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast service was a bit slow but once arrived it was fresh and delicious. The hotel is just a 3 minute walk to the metro and bus stop (Blanche) as well as Moulin Rouge. It is a 15-20 minute walk up to Sacre-Cœur, our room (a suite) even had a stunning view of it! We would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant stay
Brilliant stay for 3 nights. Booked a twin superior. Really clean, spacious and very comfy beds! Great to have a walk in shower. Loved the location and enjoyed exploring Montematre and South Pigalle by foot and then hopping on the metro for further afield. Some great places to eat/drink around Rue des Martyrs.

Très belle expérience dans une ambiance travaillée
Hôtels tout neuf, personnel très accueillant et serviable, lit et mobilier deco tres bien, il est un peut bruyant a cause des vibrations du métro mais rien d’anormal dans le quartier, bref très bien !
