Nice hotel

Pros: A four star (not much more) and well located.
Cons: See above
Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was expensive and not of quality for 26 euros each. I was disappointed in the Expedia price. I could have gotten breakfast for two included in the same price had I just dealt directly with the hotel. We choose the hotel because it was close to the train station going to Paris. The hotel provided a shuttle but it was to Disney only and we had a long haul with luggage to the station (about four blocks). Reservation person was very nice.

Cama comoda y desayuno muy completo. Sevicio gratuito de traslado a Disney Agradable piscina Buenas vistas desde la habitacion

facilities not working

Firstly we had problems with card reader to our hotel room. The card does not work and you need to wait for at least 5mins sometimes for the room door to open. Also the pool and gym facility were closed for refurbishment but we were not aware at the time of booking the hotel alternative was to work out of the hotel to a different hotel. The breakfast manager at the restaurant did a great job, very welcoming and making sure everyone is okay. Great service from him.

nice hotel, few little problems

Nice hotel. Bar was very over priced. Shuttle was hard to find(to park). Magic shuttle doesn't stop at Hotel to get to the airport. Staff were great. Toiletries weren't replaced when used. Staff were great and hotel was nice we've just had better experiences at other Disney hotels.

Waren Zufrieden

Personal von Rezeption bis Zimmerservice war Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war alles vorhanden was man möchte. Frühstückspersonal nett. Zimmer + Badezimmer war ok, Betten ok, Zimmer sauber. Shuttle Bus ins Disneyland war immer pünktlich hatte alles funktioniert. Nur man sollte an der Rezeption den Bus Reservieren daß man auch mit kommt. Dies steht nur nirgendwo ausgeschrieben. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Over booked - despite paying in advance

Pros: The rooms were nice (once we were upgraded) - friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Administration - we travelled all the way to the UK having booked 4 months in advance and they had given our room to someone else!
Location: Very close to the Disney Parks - the hotel is a little secluded so would only advise staying here if it is purely for commute to the parks.
We arrived at 10:30pm having took a 45 minute taxi from the airport to get to the hotel to a very long queue, where they were telling everyone that they had overbooked and could not accommodate us (this was in May and we had booked and paid the hotel in January). After a lengthy conversation at the reception they paid for a taxi for to another hotel (Best Western) - 20 minute taxi ride later we arrived to another queue of people who had already been diverted and this hotel did not have authorisation for us to stay. Several phone calls to the Radisson Blue later, we finally got a very pokey room at 1:30am!!! We've had no refund for the difference in hotel quality. Having said all that the Radisson was very nice the following night as they upgraded our booking to a business class room and the staff ere very apologetic throughout. Very stressful and tiring weekend - I wouldn't book here again as they have a serious overbooking policy!!!

Great hotel with excellent access to Disney

Pros: Clean, friendly, lovely area, great access to parks.
Cons: Pool and spa facilities do look a little dated and tired.
Location: Excellent location from the park with great bus service. Mangy le Hongre Village nearby is beautiful and has shops and restaurants.
Spent my birthday weekend here and had a wonderful time. Staff were welcoming and informative. Bus service to the parks was punctual, quick and easy. We took the time to walk down to Magny Le Hongre village about 20 minutes walk away which has some lovely restaurants and patisseries, so if you don't fancy staying in the hotel all the time would highly recommend doing this. We bought our park tickets online in advance so was disappointed to see that the hotel were doing an offer for 3 days for the price of 2 days, so something to research if you are considering going as we would have loved to have taken advantage of this.

week-end Disney dans un endroit calme et reposant

Pros: Le calme , la sympathie du personnel , le petit déjeuner , le décors .
Cons: Le service maintenance défaillant , " le petit déjeuner mériterait des distributeurs de boissons chaudes , les cafetières souvent vides "
Location: Parcs Disney , golf , vallée village .
Nous descendons régulièrement a l'hôtel Radisson pour passer un séjour aux parcs Disney avec nos petites filles , c'est toujours un plaisir de pouvoir trouver un peu de calme au milieu du golf Disney , après avoir passé la journée dans le tumulte des parcs .

長期滞在に向いているホテル

Pros: ホテルのスタッフの方はみなさん大変親切でした。 部屋が広くて清潔。
Cons: チェックイン時に待たされました。チェックインカウンターは4つほどありましたが、ホテルのスタッフの方が2名しかおらず、しかもルームサービスの注文を受ける業務も兼任されているらしく、なかなか順番が回ってきませんでした。この価格帯のホテルであれば、スタッフ数を増やすべきではと思いました。
Location: DLPからかなり離れており、無料のシャトルバスも30分に1本しか走っていないため、短期滞在でとにかく時間を有効に使いたいという方はディズニーホテルに泊まられた方がよいと思います。 逆にゴルフを楽しまれる方にはお勧めではないでしょうか。
DLP付近で空室があったホテルがここしかなかったため、他と比較してのコメントにならないのですが、部屋の広さ・清潔さ・快適さに関しては大変満足でした(が、ひょっとしたら価格が高いからかもしれません)。 非常に快適なホテルでしたが、DLPを目的に来ていらっしゃる方はホテルでの滞在時間はごく短いでしょうから、ここまで素敵なホテルに泊まらなくてもいいかもしれないというのが感想です。
