Wrong room and rude staff

We were given the wrong room. Alot of time wasted trying to fix this - booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Were given a room that sleeps 3. Hotel manager saw no reason why they should apologise. Brought in a spare bed which meant that my husband who had to sleep in it because my son refused to is now covered in nasty insect bites. Bedding was not clean obviously. Restaurant at hotel serves minute portions and believe they can treat you how they want and charge what they want because in their own words “this is disneyland - we have lots of customers” stay away!!!

You were checked into room 104 which is a family room that usually accommodates 4 adults. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen technical problem with the sofa bed. Our Front Desk team apologized and offered to change your room providing you help with your luggage. You visited several other rooms with our concierge and we even proposed a free upgrade to a suite which you refused. The extra bed that was installed in your room was freshly made as the bed was brought to the room and we have had no other complaints about insects in this room since your departure. Regarding the restaurant, it is standard procedure to charge for a second portion of a meal in any restaurant. As a gesture of goodwill the restaurant supervisor did not charge you for the extra portions. We regret that your stay didn’t meet your expectations and hope that a future stay would be more enjoyable. With our kindest regards,

Decent hotel with an excellent location

We stayed at this hotel for one night after a day at Disneyland Paris. It is a decent hotel with an excellent location. However, it is a little run down and showing its age. We ate at the hotel and the food was fine. The bar was adequate. There is a golf course next to the hotel which is a nice amenity. However, we did not use the golf course while we were there. I recommend as a comfortable room for a stay at Disneyland Paris.

Great hotel close to Disney

This was our second stay here, great hotel with easy access to Disney parks. Much more peaceful and better value for money than Disney’s own hotels. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good with wide choice. Lots of staff on duty and all very helpful.

Bad nights sleep

Such a shame, this was a lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly. They all go out their way to help, bar staff even gave our kids free bottle of water to take to Disneyland. Breakfast was as good as any other hotel I’ve stayed in. We were in Disneyland 99% of the time so only really used the hotel to sleep in. We never got to use the restaurant although we did use room service on the first night and the food was lovely. The Only thing that let this hotel down was the bad nights sleep. Am not sure if air con was broke or what, but our room went from cold to far to hot through the night. The aircon was noisey too. Add to this we were on the first floor so could here all kinds of stuff being moved around the hotel of a night and we were lucky to get any sleep. We never complained as ours was only a short stay and put each thing down to a one off at the time.,unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Am sure people higher up the floors had a lovely stay.

Disneyland Paris Christmas Visit

Very pleasant stay, good shuttle service to and from Disneyland but early buses get filled very quickly if you don’t book a spot, we got an uber for the 2 mornings at only 9 euros a trip and saved the 6 minute walk from the shuttle drop off. Nice size decent family room, good breakfast with bacon, sausages, poached and boiled eggs and made to order omelettes. Would definitely stay again

Good hotel

Nice friendly staff on reception & room service food was good . Breakfast good also. Our room was a bit worn - loose floor tiles, mold patch in bathroom but didn’t affect stay - just due to use? Good distance from Disney park/shopping centre We didn’t use shuttle bus as drove each day. Car park excellent. Sofa bed was not the most comfortable but fine for children. Main bed very good. Have stayed before and would stay again.

Disappointed stay

First, we had to re-activate the room keys 1-2 times a day, which was really annoying. First night the hotel greeted us with a complimentary water, but nothing on the rest of the days. It would be no problem, but the vending machine that sells water was out of service. The restaurant staff (at a dinner time) did not seem to care about their guests and wasn’t paying much of attention to our needs. Although we had 3 people in a room, they decided to change only 2 towels until I complained. Same happened with a coffee refills. We also observed very late check in of one of the groups that arrived in a muddle of the night. Huge line of people was served by only one person from the staff. The good thing about this hotel is breakfast and a lobby, where you can sit and no one bothers you.
