Bad nights sleep
Such a shame, this was a lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly. They all go out their way to help, bar staff even gave our kids free bottle of water to take to Disneyland. Breakfast was as good as any other hotel I’ve stayed in. We were in Disneyland 99% of the time so only really used the hotel to sleep in. We never got to use the restaurant although we did use room service on the first night and the food was lovely. The Only thing that let this hotel down was the bad nights sleep. Am not sure if air con was broke or what, but our room went from cold to far to hot through the night. The aircon was noisey too. Add to this we were on the first floor so could here all kinds of stuff being moved around the hotel of a night and we were lucky to get any sleep. We never complained as ours was only a short stay and put each thing down to a one off at the time.,unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Am sure people higher up the floors had a lovely stay.
