I am delighted that you loved the friendliness of our staff, it is really important to us that you feel welcomed.
I am very sorry for the problems regarding heating and your luggages. Please, be sure that those problems do not reflect the quality of service that we always want to provide. On behalf of the entire staff, I would like to apologize.
