This apartment is located in the chic 17th district, next to the 16th and the 8th districts and only a few steps away from the Champs Elysees. Many shops are close by including a supermarket, bakery, caterer and fish shop. Guests are also very close to famous boulevard with all of its stores and the Arc de Triomphe at its pinnacle. Guests will particularly love the well-known Poncelet market nearby, beloved locals, where fresh produce is available for sale. The closest subway stops is Argentine on the line 1 bringing guests in one direction to La Defense and the other to Nation. The metro stop Ternes on the line 2 is also very close by as are the stops for the Air France bus from the airports. Apartment LayoutLocated on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator whose access is secured with a code this charming 62m² apartment has two bedrooms and a lovely living and dining area. It has double-glazed windows throughout so a quiet stay is ensured! It overlooks the Place Tristan Bernard as well aas the Avenue des Ternes and the Church of St. Ferdinand des Ternes.Guests enter through the hall leading into the bright main living area with painted ceiling beams and wooden flooring. This living area has a comfortable sofa and armchairs around a coffee table. There is a flat screen TV mounted to the wall with a full pack of cable TV options. The dining area is open to the living-room and has a table for 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessed from the entrance hall.The two separate bedrooms overlook the Avenue des Ternes.The first bedroom is accessible from the dining area. It is equipped with two single beds measuring 70x190. You can join them together to form a double bed measuring 140x190 upon request. This room has a desk and a dresser; a wardrobe is also available in the in living area for extra storage. The second bedroom is located at the end of a corridor off the entrance hall. It is equipped with a double bed 130x190. It has a large wardrobe, shelves and a closet.The bathroom is next to this room, accessible from the hallway as well. Recently renovated, it has a walk-in shower and washbasin. There is plenty of storage space under the sink, in the cupboard above and in the cabinet.The WC is separate and located in the entrance hall.This apartment is perfect for long stays. It is comfortable and has a beautiful light. The living area is very pleasant and bright with stylish decoration.The area is great for everyday life, there is the market in Demours Street and Poncelet Street,not to mention the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées.
