Completely renovated in 2023 and decorated with taste and originality by its artist owner, this luxury apartment (classified 4 stars as furnished tourist accommodation) of 50m2 is located approximately 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, the metro and the Beaugrenelle shopping center. Perched in a residential skyscraper in the charming "Front de Seine" district, on a high floor with four elevators, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Paris that will make your stay memorable.   
  
You can enjoy the panoramic view from the bedroom as well as the sofa in the living room and the dining table.   
  
The bedroom is composed with a large double bed and a desk as well as storage space.   
  
To enjoy a very large living room, you can open the large sliding partition that separates the bedroom from the living room.
