An excellent family choice, convenient for the tgv station and only a short walk to the town centre. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome by staff.

Really Bad

Pros: Nothing
Cons: A/C did not work,
Location: It is located to faar from the attraction, locally there is a mall but the area does not feel safe to be in.
to faar from the city centre, was told that it is close to the attractions. Also room was always hot, could not sleep at night even though i complained. The surrounding area did not feel safe. Pictures do not justify

Friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Customers' comfort should be prioritized
Although the room was clean and comfortable, the sink in the toilet was blocked for three days and was not fixed until we involved the management.

Staff enter room despite “do not disturb sign”

Hotel room is small. Bathroom only for extremely petite persons. They hotel itself has a distinct sewerage/bathroom smell when you enter. The hotel debited over 200 euros from us and couldn’t justify why but said they’d return it upon our check out. We put a do not disturb sign on our hotel door yet the cleaners opened our room twice within the span of 20 minutes while we were in the room to clean it. They also randomly come into the room to give you bottles of water when you are in the room. The hotel recycles cheese for their breakfast buffet. The cheese we got for breakfast was off and could not be eaten. And their cutlery is as shown below (not washed property).

Nice close to the metro station

Cons: Hosekeeping
Location: Metro station good location
Little room for three members of my family, hosekeeping not satisfactory. Hall entrance is nice. Breakfast too expensive.

Pros: The conference facilities were very good.
Cons: Better staff interaction with customers.
Location: Taxis couldn’t pull into the hotel drive as it was blocked off making getting in and out a little tricky. Felt unsafe going to the metro alone.
The hotel was way out of town in a pretty unsavoury part of the city. It was miles from the heart of Paris. The staff were most unhelpful and we were often left to fend for ourselves as they did not seem interested in helping us. With any queries. Would definitely not ever recommend this hotel for a stay in Paris.

Decent hotel, not the best area.

Pros: The staff and hotel accommodations were fairly nice. We also liked the breakfast.
Cons: Rooms could be a bit cooler during the day.
Location: There is a mall nearby that has several restaurants and stores. The metro is close, which is needed if you are doing any of the tourist activities.
The hotel is fairly nice. The rooms are clean and reasonable. The rooms would get e bit warm in the day, but was comfortable to sleep. The biggest problem with the hotel was the location. It was not walkable to get to the tourist area of Paris. The metro is close, but can be packed. There is a nice little mall close to the hotel. If you are on business or something in this specific area the hotel would be worth it. It is also worth it if you understand you need to travel to and from the tourist area it can save some money staying in this area.
