Pros: nothing
Cons: fresh air, ventilation, air conditioning that works, new cleaner carpets, complete makeover
Simply do not stay at this hotel, one of the worst in Paris.

Excellent, family-friendly hotel

Pros: Family-friendly, plenty of space, great lounge. Sauna!
Location: Jump on the tram up to Porte Des Lilas - plenty to do and get a connecting metro into town
Stayed here for a week with our 2 children. Hotel staff were really helpful. Great lounge area to hang out in the morning or at the end of the day. Conveniently located, we were able to jump on the metro around the corner and get to where we needed to with ease. Reception well staffed at all times meant less queues and no issues popping in and out whenever I needed to. Room cleaned and towels replaced every morning. Great views.

Convenient location close to metro

The hotel is not a 4star standard of decor and facilities. . Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Wi-fi is excellent. It’s an affordable base , close to the metro to be a good stopover while visiting Paris. But rooms are old and need modernising .

Staff is rude, asked for baby/cod bed a few times but didn't get it. Every night I was told that there wasn't any available for that night and would have it tomorrow night but that tomorrow never came. Breakfast was OK, had to fry your own egg whichtook ages because electric cooker was really slow other than that breakfast was ok

Close to Metro

It was really close to the Metro which made traveling into Paris cheap. It was also close to a shopping center so we were able to buy some snack food for our room.

There is no window in the room.you have to tell them to clean the room.overall it's ok ,please when you check out asked for the itemized bill because I didn't have breakfast during my stay and they said I have so when asked the guy oh it's ok no problem. I would recommend it to .

Dated hotel

The pictures on expedia are misleading. The hotel rooms are dated , dirty n no facility , bath n toilet r in separate section with no washing facility in the toilet. Walls of the room have art-ex finish with off white paint which was really dirty , bathroom had molding n the sink drain was broken. No dental kit, bath robe or slippers were provided. Asked for n iron n was told we dont give it for a room, we hv an ironing room instead. Which was basically a dirty store room. Mrs refused to use it as she was scared of the doggy location . I ended up ironing for 4 days. The area around the hotel is also really doggy n dirty. The positive is it 5 min walk to metro n reception n bar staff were nice.

Hotel is accessible to metro and shopping mall

Nice atmosphere apart from delay when checking in , the member of staff that attended to me said he could not find my itinerary mumber on the computer after showing the confirmation of payment that i received from Experian, he later when to ask his manager , who then said I have paid in full through Experian and the staff then allocate room to me .
