The room that we were offered was misplaced, it remains the traces of a user with children before us. We paid taxes to stay even though they are included in the reservation. By paying the fees by my debit card, the home agent make a copy of my debit card and crushed the virtual payment code that expedia send to the hotel. After my checkout, my credit card was debited from 352 EURO, my bank contacted me then I returned to reclam. It was late, so I stay another night (9 September) at mercury rungis. The 352 euro was returned on 12 Septembre.
