Nice hotel

First time in Paris

Pros: It was very spacious and the rooms were a nice size.

Although the hotel was somewhat out of the way, it was a nice size and the facilities were good. The staff were very busy and so you had a wait for them to provide you service but they were friendly. The hotel is situated near two nice neighbourhoods (Gambetta and Bagnolet) which had number of nice restaurants, shops, and movie theatres.

terible near to highway

Pros: breakfast, and staff who tried to understand why my credit card was debited. because it is normal for them to debit on after a chekout.
Cons: cleanliness and quality of amortized furniture
Location: the staff must respect the Novotel standards in quality home
The room that we were offered was misplaced, it remains the traces of a user with children before us. We paid taxes to stay even though they are included in the reservation. By paying the fees by my debit card, the home agent make a copy of my debit card and crushed the virtual payment code that expedia send to the hotel. After my checkout, my credit card was debited from 352 EURO, my bank contacted me then I returned to reclam. It was late, so I stay another night (9 September) at mercury rungis. The 352 euro was returned on 12 Septembre.

Too far out of city to be accessible

Local restaurants within walking distance not good. Hotel restaurant food including breakfast was atrocious

hôtel accueillant ; prix promo très intéressant.

Pros: Les prestations, le petit déjeuner
Cons: L'environnement de l'hôtel.
Location: En bout de ligne de métro ; quartier un peu craignos le soir. Beau centre commercial très près.
Un séjour très agréable mais un peu loin du centre de Paris, bien que situé sur une ligne de métro. Petit déjeuner copieux et riche.

Paris weekender

My stay was pleasent fort the days I was there. As my friends were very close by it was convenient for me to travel to them and around Paris.

Okay in a pinch

The hotel staff was friendly when we were checking in, but the staff at the hotel restaurant was not very friendly and the food there definitely left something to be desired.
