DO NOT STAY THERE, Poor 4 stars Hotel
It seems that hotel management relay a lot on their good location, hence staff attitude, rooms & Public areas quality are compromised.
The smile went missing in this hotel!!
1- you arrive at 10:00 am, no bell man available, you have to carry it yourself to the upper floor lobby using an escalator!
2- you are met by an arrogant receptionist called Mohamed, who talks to you with his hand in his Pocket, rudely tells come back after 02:00 pm as we have no rooms available for check in.
3- when you question him about the non availability of bellmen, he tells this is the Novotel standard to have one bellman available for the entire hotel, may be he is busy!!
4- you come at 02:00 PM, they give you a filthy room full of carpet stains located on the last floor of the building and non reachable by elevator while they are aware that i have a 3 years old girl who is being carried on babay stroller!!
5- when you complain, they give you much better room, however bed sheets are full of holes, only one small mineral bottle of water during 5 days stay, when you complain they tell you this is the standard!
6- for 4 days the Escalator which takes you down from the upper lobby is Out of Service due to non available spare part as per one of the employees and they cheat on you claiming that they are renovating it!!
7- when you want to meet the Manager of the Hotel, they send you a smile-less Front office Manager who defend all the short fall instead of improving your experience.
