To start there's a £400 euro per room charge on a credit card so make sure you take one. This is not explained anywhere. It is far away from any transport so unless you are driving avoid. The reception team love to say No. Anything you ask will be met with a No. 5 euros for a bottle of water- make sure you take your own. Hot Breakfast is repetitive- noodles, soggy scrambled eggs, over cooked bacon and garlic potatoes. Toilet is in a tiny corner very difficult to use and seats are wobbly. Only go if you are over 5'10 and can reach the floor as toilets float in mid air. Our toilet also had a wobbly seat that was not fixed for 5 days. Shower has a 20 cm gap to get into. Glass is very hard to open so you have to squeeze through the tiny gap. Hotel is very stingy with towels and tea/coffee. If you book a room for 4 people you will get, 2 small bath towels, 2 tiny hand towels and 1 mat. No bath sheets. 1 sachet of earl grey tea, 1 fruit tea, 1 sachet of coffee. 1 sachet of sugar, and 1 pot of cream 1 stirrer if you ask for more it's a no. The water in the bathroom sink is not drinking water at least that's what we were told by the reception. And told to buy a bottle of water for 5 euros. Swimming pool has no steam room or sauna as advertised. If you do go swimming take your own, soap, towels as they are not provided. Also might need a pop up tent as there's no changing room either. Brunette receptionist with curly hair is very rude except to the pilots

The staff at this hotel love nothing more than to say No! The room we booked for 2 disabled guests were extreamly far away from the rest of our party. As my mothers carer I needed a room close by to her at night when she gets a hypos. 5 days the hotel was empty most of the time but would not change. Toilet had an extreamly wobbly seat which I requested be fixed but was not. Everytime they needed the toilet we had to walk 6 minutes to the lift go to the main reception area and use the visitor toilets in the lobby. On the first morning the house keeping threw the contents of her bin into the toilet which contained pantyliners that would not flush down. The swimming pool has no private shower, no steam room and no towels were provided. It also has no soaps and no changing room. The hotel are very stingy with towels. Only 2 towels per room even if you have booked for 3 or 4 people. Breakfast was repetive. Hot breakfast consists of flavourless scrambled egg, garlic potatoes and overdone bacon and some noodles. Thats all every single day. Each room is provided with one fruit tea bag, and one earl grey tea bag and one sugar and one coffeee sachet 2 tiny pots of creamer 1 stirrer. Even if you have booked for 4 people thats all you are allowed. Rooms are provided with 1 750ml water bottle. If you want more then its 5 euros a bottle. Even though the have a water dispenser behind the lifts they will not tell you. £400 per room charge on credit card. Make sure you take one

Very close to the motorway and hence convenient when driving from Calais. Wonderful and friendly staff, spacious lobby, rooms and restaurant... Paid parking behind hotel which can be paid at hotel reception during checkout.

The hotel entrance or main floor was very nice and inviting just like you see it on the website, however, when we went to the room we can tell that the halls to the rooms are old. The bottom part of our room door was ripped and right away we can tell that the room was really old although spacious even the bathroom.

Good place to stay
It was nice. But the shuttle transportation to and from the airport should be free. The check in should be allowed in the morning like 10 AM.

Sufficient for One Night
The room was outdated with stained walls and there was hair in the shower upon our arrival. Sufficient for one night, but certainly not a high quality experience. They do charge for airport transfer, and you have to schedule online to reserve. The restaurant was quite nice and made a delicious Kir.

Restaurant on site not open for lunch , they open at 7, staff were too slow to process check in and out, we got Taxi from airport for $12 Euro, our return to airport we asked front desk to get us a taxi thinking would be the same rate give and take, driver requested 35 Euro when we questioned it he said he notified front desk!

Please be very careful staying at this hotel. We had prepaid everything except two breakfast and paid for them when we were there. Checked out and told nothing more to pay apart from city tax that I paid. Next day they took 257 pounds from by bank card. Contacted Head office and did virtual chat with hotel. No one has bothered to get back to me using any method.

I’m not happy at all very cheap hotel in the bathroom always missing soap shower soap toilet paper and the personal in the reception was very rude I was booked for 4 person room they give me room for 2 person and we spent all night in one room because there was no available but they took money for four people and the next day they give us a deferent room in one word cheap hotel

Good location but outdated
Good location, spacious room. The main lobby was bright and welcoming. An area was designated for children with foosball and books. Our hotel room felt outdated. Room has a very old blow dryer. Wooden hanger broke upon contact. Front desk never issued us an invoice despite the fact the we emailed them a couple of times after our stay.

It was great, but it’s far away from the airport. They don’t have a shuttle, so it’s not convenient if you book it for early flights. It’s also a bit old.

The grounds and restaurant was nice. The rooms are dated. The sheets for the beds had stains, the bathroom had mold and mildew, curtains were dirty as well.

Property served its purpose. Very busy, lots of families, some wear and tear but served it’s purpose for an airport hotel. In hindsight should have spent the last night in Paris and taken an Uber right to the airport. Save your money on the shuttle and take an Uber directly to your gate. The shuttle was 20 euro (2 adults/2 kids, 4 carryon sized bags) and dropped us off at the main gate where we still had to trek to our check in area. Highlight was being able to walk to the little town of Roissy, about a 7 min walk away. If you can walk to the town and eat, the on-site restaurant is expensive with a limited menu. We went to the grocery store in the morning and grabbed croissants and coffee while the kids played in the park.

I would recommend staying at another hotel if you want to stay close to CDG. We stayed here 2 nights in August 2023. The hotel says it has a shuttle but it is actually a third party where you have to register and pay 4 € per person. The bar is overprice for what you get. Our glasses we small with less than a quarter of a glass of wine poured. Maybe 2 glasses would equal 1 glass anywhere else. Our showerhead was at waist height because it was broken. The pool needs updated and more furniture. There were 2 seats only. Food is not great. We went to eat at the Mercure down the street. Wished we would have stayed there.

Good experience overall. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30am after a Trans Atlantic flight, with 2 exhausted kids. The desk rep woman did above and beyond to arrange us an early check in to the room. We got the room at noon instead of 3pm. .

Good stay, good service happy with cleaning standards, could have done with extra bed as two teenage daughters had to share a bed, also some vending machines for snacks would have been good 😊 and lastly parking charge of £15 per night is bad
