The condition has changed greatly since the pictures were taken and totally unrepresentative of the actual condition. Entry way unsafe, stains, scuffs, dents, and damaged walls, blinds, couch etc. I'll let the photos that I took during my stay speak for themselves. It was a struggle to go up to the apartment with the suitcases. And the temporary metal stairs are fully exposed to rain, and when it was rainy, it was very very slippery and I slipped down a few stairs and injured my back (may need to get a medical scan done when I am back in US ). The stairs shown in photos is NOT the same as the dangerous stairs that actually exist. Attached is the photo of the stairs now.But, this is totally unacceptable and a very unsafe place. Also:1\. When other building occupants climb up the stairs (in the middle of the night), there is loud thudding sound from the stairs shaking and its very very disturbing2\. There is construction going on in the building and there is loud drilling and hammering sound starting early in the morning and going in throughout the day.Would never recommend this place to anyone till the stairs are fixed and construction is complete. Very unsafe. Die provisorische Metalltreppe ist dem Regen schutzlos ausgeliefert und war bei Regen extrem rutschig. Ich bin ein paar Stufen hinuntergerutscht und habe mir den Rücken verletzt (zum Glück nicht schlimm und ich brauchte keine ärztliche Behandlung). Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und die Wohnung ist sehr unsicher. Außerdem: 1\. Wenn andere Bewohner (mitten in der Nacht) die Treppe hochgehen, ist ein lautes, wackelndes Geräusch zu hören, das sehr störend ist. 2\. Im Gebäude finden Bauarbeiten statt, die von früh morgens bis spät abends laute Bohr- und Hämmergeräusche verursachen. Ich würde diese Wohnung niemandem empfehlen, bis die Treppe repariert und die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind. Sehr unsicher. ##### Sandeep M.
