Very good value.

Pros: See above.
Cons: The furniture is in dire need of replacement.
Location: See above.
The staff is excellent and speak good English. There are many restaurants and good shopping nearby. If you like to walk, many of the famous sites are in walking distance.

Great location but room tired

Posted 13-Jul-2017
Pros: Location, staff
Cons: Revamp/refit
Location: Restaurants many and varied. Near Hop on/off bus. Good shopping - Galleries Lafayette/Printemps.
A fantastic location with helpful staff. Clean but dark and sad-looking. Carpet old and worn, curtains rather dusty and furniture worn. Bathroom lighting poor.

Close to the Opera and shopping

Room was small but clean. Had some issue with our room and was moved to another room right away.

Great location and charming decor

Posted 06-May-2017
Pros: Location, decor and food
Cons: "English Breakfast" teabags provided in the room were pretty dreadful, particularly teamed with the ghastly dried milk. Even UHT milk would be better
Location: Metro near but lots within walking distance. Galeries Lafayette if you like shopping (if you don't, just go up to the terrace for spectacular views)
We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very quiet and comfortable, if rather faded and in need of some refurbishment. The decor of public areas was lovely and the food was excellent. The evening menu, though, is severely restricted, which is a shame. Oddly, the options advertised for room service are not all offered when you go down to the restaurant.

Better than expected

Posted 01-May-2017
Was concerned about this hotel as reviews overall average at best. I thought value was excellent. Sure it is old and shows in places but room related items such as linens and bathroom very clean. Also staff goes out of the way to please

In the heart of the Paris

Posted 17-Apr-2017
If you're looking to be in a spacious hotel, with comfortable rooms, international standards, a warm welcome and stay in the heart of Paris, at walking distance of most of the places you could wish to visit, than Millennium Opera is definitely the place you should be in.

Nice Hotel ;)

Love the convenience of this hotel & this was my 3rd stay there. Staff are always so accomadating and very pleasant. Room was nice and large. Breakfast is good and it's a great stay if you can get a deal on room/breakfast - otherwise Starbucks is on the next block and Roissy Bus is 5mins away at Opera with service to and from CDG.

Convenient location, accessible to shopping area

Reception is great! Efficient, friendly and make efforts to help. F&B need improvement - clearly under staff as few work on refill/stocking up, or clear tables during buffet breakfast. We asked for an English breakfast tea teabag, it is still on the way after 45 minutes! For some strange reason, TV channels' signal is often interrupted
