The staff was very friendly. good impression but rooms need some upgrades. flooring absolutely needs new carpet, bathrooms are old with rust. My stay was short and appreciated because they was able to provide with suitable room. my first assigned room was just nasty(dirty old carpet). overall the Hotel needs to be updated.

This was definitely not a 4-star property by any stretch of the imagination. The only redeeming quality this hotel has is its amazing staff. Courteous and friendly faces greeted me from beginning to end. I ended my stay a night earlier and opted to switch to a nicer hotel in the city.

I just completed a stay at Millenium Hotel Paris Charles de Gaulle. I recently got married and chose this location for my honeymoon stay. Initially everything was fine but 3 days after arrival there was no pool or hot tub available to use. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the amenities offered. These amenities were not available to me or any of the guest during this timeframe yet I was charged a hefty room price without receiving a portion of what I paid for. I had a few issues with the room only being partially cleaned but that was taken care of after complaining to the front desk. The last and biggest issue I had was an issue with the daytime manager. upon checking out she lied and said I ate breakfast during my stay and was refusing to return my full room deposit. Her behavior appeared to be standard operating procedure when dealing with foreigners. I am American. My husband went down with another staff member to the dining area to confirm we never had breakfast there and I was eventually returned my full deposit. My issue is she had a date and time that the breakfast incident was suppose to have happened and it was not true. Luckily for me my husband speaks fluent French and was able to straighten the matter out. I am writing because I am very dissatisfied with my treatment and would not stay at this location again because of the issue with staff. I believe she is used to stealing money from foreign nationals.

Hotel was fine; staff helpful and tried to address problems. Poor management oversight though. Pillowcases missing from room. No telephone in room. No end table lights. All easily addressable but should never have happened in the first place.

The property was disgusting. The rug was gross and discolored, the furniture was mangled and damaged, curtains ripped, hairs were in the towels and the shower did not look clean. The staff was horrible. We arrived at CDG and called for the shuttle and we’re given very vague instructions on where to pick it up and when we asked for clarification they yelled at us and said it’s coming. We waited and searched for 45 minutes and had called back and they laughed at us and said we missed it and should just take a taxi. The taxi cost 25 euro and I had specifically purchased a hotel with a free shuttle. The staff at checkin were rude and they took a 200 euro deposit on my credit card which was more than twice the cost of the room per night. NEVER book this place.

Awful experience, please avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff were rude and unable to effectively perform their roles. Check-in took from 11:30pm to 12:45am. Doing the online check-in beforehand is a waste of time, they don't use it and you need to do everything again when you check-in, including filling out a paper form when they have all your details from Expedia. I travel extensively for both work and pleasure, and this was perhaps one of my worst hotel experiences ever.

Excellent établissement
Nous étions dans cet établissement pour un séminaire sur place. Hôtel confortable et très propre. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Un bémol pour la restauration, deux propositions : pizzas surgelées ou restaurant "sushis". Beaucoup de personnes n'aiment pas les sushis. La France est mondialement réputée pour sa gastronomie, pourquoi ne pas proposer un restaurant français comme vous le faisiez auparavant ? Je suis convaincue que les étrangers seraient ravis.....et nous aussi :)

The building is u shape. If you are lucky to stay the room near by the elevator (only one area). If not, you will walk a long way to your room far in the corner. The whole building is smelling bad. The breakfast is not variety. The room needs update or renovate. That is why the price too soft.

Worst Receptionists in Millennium hotel
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others. The problem was to find their shuttle bus that transport customers from Terminal 2 of CDG airport to the hotel. Receptionists are rude and they don’t care about customers.

I felt it was a good value and it was convenient to the airport. It was great to have dining options on the property as well. On the minus side, I was not told at check-in how to access Wi-Fi and there was no non-slip mat in the tub. Overall, I would consider returning, if I travel through Paris in the future.

Very good staff and helpful the shuttle was a bit crazy with driving to the airport. Our flight had arrived early and the manager was very nice ànd got us a room early and we didn't have 5o wait till 2 pm.
