Very good hotel. Only one thing that should be changed is regarding the shuttle that you need to walk outside to the other hotel to get it. Not so easy if you have a lots of luggage or if it is raining or snowing…..
I had to clean the toilet seat with a towel and hand soap. There was blood on the soap dispenser in the bathroom. The reception hung up on me twice when they realized I couldn’t speak English. I felt horrible and exhausted.
Terrible place, I will never I’m my trips back to Paris ever book this hotel, I had informed them that my airline canceled my flight and when I tried to change my dates they said no and wouldn’t even let me cancel also! Terrible customer service and terrible way of dealing with a situation which was out of the customers hands! I hope the owner or manager reads this! If you are reading this learn to have some sympathy or at least understanding of situations out of peoples hand.
The worker who checked us in was extremely accommodating. We arrived after midnight and there was a mixup with the room so they upgraded us to two premium rooms
First of all they gave us the key to a wrong room. Next we got a room with bad wifi and had to be changed to another Finally because I was ill we asked for room service and were told that there are only certain hours for that.
Probably the worse hotel I’ve stayed in during the past 20 years of travelling on business.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The staff did not care. They believe their job is sit anywhere with their notebook and check you in and out.i stayed there for tuelve hours I left my room twice each time I had to go to reception and get e new key. I had lots of lugages no one could help me get to my room. The room had no tooth brush, cream or minibar. I asked them how do you get 4 star rating with no toiletries in the rooms? Poor place. I am a big guy thei gave me to tiny beds for children. Horrible!
Mon voyage a dû être reporté et je voulais annuler mon sejour au dit Hotel une semaine avant la date prévue. Á ma surprise je n'ai trouvé aucune trace de ma reservation afin d'avertir du changement imprevu.
Bien entendu des frais ont été facturés.
Mauvaise experience.
Séjour avec espace d’accueil agréable, chambres confortables. Pratique pour une nuit avant départ à Orly. Accessible en bus depuis Massy.
Attention, nous avions été mal renseignés pour la localisation de l’arrêt de la navette aéroport, ce qui a été un peu stressant pour notre départ.
Hotel moderno na decoração. Utilizei para uma noite em função de conexão no aeroporto de Orly. Transfer para o hotel e aeroporto. Bem próximo do aeroporto.
